Very un professional staff. Guy call kev dont respond infact anyone from doncaster office. They could have sold couple of cars only due to bad communication they didnt. Awful awful people. No negotiations n car are in poor condition sold very expensive. Be aware dont buy alert !!!!!!

Contacted Doncaster branch in April about a vehicle we had seen on their site. The responder Kev was very helpful providing information on the vehicle and due to our distance being travelled offered to hold the vehicle till close of business allowing us time to get there. The vehicle met our needs, with no sales pressure at all from staff and deal done. The quality of vehicles was very good and well set out. Kev and staff were very knowledgeable and handled all paperwork quickly and efficiently.
Would definitely use again, much more preferable than dealing with a Sales Team at a garage.

Went to look at with a view to buy 67 plate mini with 13000 on the clock £8.500 yes it was a Cat N (non Structual Damage) we started off no petrol in car then we asked to take on a test drive was told to wait at the gates and they would bring it to us. A few minutes later they came back to us to tell us the drive shaft has just fell out the car so no longer for sale Total waste off time and money if your going to sell cars make sure they are road worthy. I call before I came told them it was a 2 hour drive so wasted 5 hours and £60 in fuel that car was a death trap one lucky escape

I rang this morning the Leeds garage regarding Volvo V60 I spoke to Francesco and came to see the car few hours after. The car was as described and Francesco was very professional and polite. Looking forwards to drive my new car. Thank you you Francesco

Emailed Doncaster branch enquiring about viewing and within 5 minutes I received a reply from Jordan, impressed from the off!
On arrival greeted by Kev and got the keys. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the car! Jordan quickly completed necessary paperwork and we were on the road within 30 minutes. A pleasure doing business with two lovely gentlemen and will recommend this branch to as many people as possible .

Polite, friendly and helpful staff.
After trying a few times to on the phone, we emailed and within 2 minutes had a call back. Very friendly and helpful man on the phone, and arranged to view car the next day.
When we arrived the following moning, they knew exactly what car we had come to view. Handed keys over told us where it was and we were able to take a look at own leisure, no pressure and no one hovering around.
While we were looking we noticed another car that we wanted to look at, asked and was given the keys to view.
After deciding on the first asked for a test drive, no problem, the young man that came with us was friendly and polite and helpfully explained about the semi automatic.
Jordan in the office (sorry if I've got the name wrong) was a pleasure to deal with. Price agreed for part exchange and deposit taken, with the Easter holidays coming up I expected the car not to be ready until the following week but two days later, first thing we collected our new car. Again lovely, friendly, helpful and polite staff, (Kev, I think) all a credit to the company.
I would recommend and will return when the time comes.

Falsely advertised and sold a dangerous / un-road worthy vehicle

I’ve purposely delayed leaving a review as I didn’t want to write it angrily… but months down the line my objective opinion doesn’t change… Repossession UK is an unlawful cowboy outfit… Look past the cheap car prices and keep moving, it’s not worth the risk!

This dealer presents themselves in a very professional manner, but it couldn’t be further from the truth. Cowboys is the best way to describe them. I purchased a car last year that was advertised as having one previous owner, 2 keys, and a new 12-month MOT arranged by Repossessions UK… all three were false.

I viewed and test drove the car, and everything seemed fine. Fool me, but I didn’t check it had two keys and was disappointed to find when collecting it only had one. Disappointing but not the end of the world. When driving the car home at motorway speed I noticed an issue with the brakes, they were making a noise and vibrating the steering. I took it to a local garage as I live quite far from the dealer… we were shocked to find out the front brakes were completely worn. They were easily a MOT failure and unsafe. The MOT arranged and facilitated by Repossessions UK was false and illegal. I reported this to Repossessions UK, and provided evidence of the worn brakes… they essentially stated its ‘not their responsibility’ and that they use ‘a third party MOT centre’ and didn’t seem the slightest concerned that the fresh MOT’s they’re selling on vehicles are completely illegal, false, and unsafe.

They were very unhelpful; wanting to pass the blame and not take responsibility despite the consumer law they were wilfully breaching. Living a considerable distance away I didn’t fight it and just got the car repaired at my own cost. I’d hoped that was the end of my dealings with Repossessions UK… but no, unfortunately not.

I believe due to the pandemic DVLA were experiencing lengthy delays issuing new V5’s, and as a result mine didn’t arrive for 3 or 4 months. Remembering the car was advertised as having one previous owner, I was absolutely outraged to see that the V5 listed the vehicle as having SEVEN previous owners. Massively devaluing the car and showing Repossessions UK for the cowboy conmen they are! I again raised this with Repossessions UK who completely denied knowledge, and that they don’t advertise the previous owners. However, it clearly stated on Auto Trader (their primary location for advertising vehicles) that it had one owner. I then asked while viewing the vehicle ‘so it’s just got the one previous owner’ to which they responded ‘yes that’s correct’… a complete lie!

At this point I’m completely lost with this dealer! Despite the above, I intend on keeping the vehicle, but I urge you, and plead with you to avoid this dealer. They can’t be trusted and have complete disregard for the consumer law act, and the safety of their customers or other road users.

I believe they have the option to respond to this review, so I’ll be interested to hear what fresh lies they spin next. Their integrity and honesty are non-existent, so for those reading this, be mindful of that fact when reading their response.

Stay safe – and stay away from Repossessions UK!
