Absolutely fantastic pasties, extra large delicious sausage rolls and an added treat of scones, strawberry jam and clotted cream from Cornwall all delivered perfectly just in time for Valentine’s Day. Feeling so loved and very grateful to the fantastic overnight delivery service.

Great product very bad delivery.2 days in post when finally delivered 1 box of unfrozen mess only fit for the bin.

Had a problem with delivery , but was sorted by company , they were definitely worth waiting for , massive pasties,full to the brim with ingredients, pastry to die for , absolutely scrumptious, will be ordering again , well done the Cornish pasty store

This was my 4th delivery - traditional Cornish pasties to here in Somerset. Each delivery is super-quick, frozen in perfect condition. We love them!

The order was for my parents as a surprise. Unfortunately they didn't like the Pasties, reason there was little good meat, too much gristle resulting in poor flavour.
I think its good to receive feedback, hope this helps.

We had a delivery a few months ago which was excellant, not so with a delivery last week, the packaging/insulation was not as good as previous and choosing Royal Mail was a bad move, they are used to delivering at anytime. The first delivery was via APC and arrived at 9am 17 hours after collection and the pasties were solid as ice.

I buy six pasties at a time and import them to Dorset. These pasties are so nice I am currently my forth order. Do i need to say anymore?

Our vegan 450g pasties were delicious, with light flaky pastry. The delivery arrived a little late, but that was due, I guess, to the atrocious weather in Cornwall

Ordered and pasties delivered by Royal Mail on the requested date and I was informed of the time for delivery and this was met. Therefor, I am very pleased which was better than so many companies that leave parcels on the doorstep and do not even ring the bell.

This order is yet another delivery of pasties and I look forward to them being as enjoyable as your previous
deliveries.

I ordered some cookies for my Mother in plenty time for her birthday on the 18th of December. On the day I booked for I kept intouch with my Mother all day, when it came to 5.00. I told her I would ring the company next day, which I did they said the box was damaged, they would send one as soon as possible, there was no apology at all. Luckily they arrived, Mum said they were well packed, and they looked nice. I will not order from them again. With the package being 2 days late. I ordered and paid in plenty for it to be right.

Your staff are excellent and couldn't be more helpful. Your Prima pasties are great, just like I remember them when growing up in Cornwall.
Unfortunately, you are let down by the delivery company who have failed 3x out of 3 to deliver the next day. This time it took 3 days and the pasties had defrosted.
Thank you for agreeing to use a different delivery company for future orders.

Excellent service throughout, pasties very well packaged, delivered on time. The pasties from Prima pasties tasted amazing!! The shortcrust pastry was excellent and the crimped edge not too thick! Will definitely use again and recommend!!

Easy to order and quick delivery. Straight forward to cook from frozen.
Nicely filled but a little more seasoning would improve the taste. The pastry crimp is a little on the dense side.

I placed an order on 5th November for delivery on 25th November as the order was for a birthday present on 27th November. The package didn’t arrive as planned and when I approached on live chat this was due to a late delivery of pasties. I was promised without fail the package would arrive on Wednesday 26th. I had an email from APC Couriers to advise the package would be delivered between 16:55-18:55….however again it didn’t turn up. The item arrived at half 11 on 27th so too late for the birthday present and I spoke again to the company this time on email I was advised “sorry the sausage rolls you ordered will be no good now”….unbelievably poor service when I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. They did offer a full refund however I won’t be shopping again due to the experience

Always deliver on time, well packaged and ready to pop in the freezer (or oven if you are hungry)
Tried the traditional, flaky steak and sausage rolls and boys love them all

Searched for a genuine traditional pasty and ordered x24 from the St Agnes Bakery. Good size with excellent filling. They were efficiently packed & dispatched for a delivery day of our choosing.
