I highly recommend Directory Guys for their exceptional support with our Google services. Shanell has been an absolute pleasure to work with. 6 months with TDG: SCAM & AVOID
6 months with TDG:
AVOID. This is a scam, not a total scam but an extremely overpriced recurring payment model that simply lists your business on various directories. SALES team can never disclose details of the exact work involved or exact number of directories included in each package.
BEST. Check AI for alternative service provider where you get transparency, control for fraction of cost for directory listing service.
BLOG. Means putting an update on Google which you can do it in 5 min. Just a gimmick to show they are working consistently on your GoogleMyBusniess.
NEVER. Subscribe for more than a month unless your business has plenty of marketing budget to waste. One month of them you'd have most of the work done if not all.
BE AWARE. 30 days cancellation notice doesn't mean 30 days later you can quit, simply mean they will take the last monthly payment within the next 30 days. Very clever of them, I'm not sure if that's ethical.

The Directory Guys have delivered what was promised. At first I was a bit skeptical about it but the stats dont lie. Took abit of patience on my part and 72 days in my business is showing up in the first page of google. Definitely recommend it to any business looking to gain visibility.
