They are the best!

I recommend the Farmer’s Dog to anyone, not just for the amazing food, but also the care and support of all the people in the company.

Their food is amazing and our dog Copper loved it! We took a risk because he was a picky eater. But he loved the food, and we noticed his stomach issues, breath, and coat all improved. He also LOVED the Snapsticks and got more excited for these than his other treats!

While I haven’t needed customer service often, I did notice the dedication they put into the quality of their products and being available for support.

Along with all that, after our beloved Copper had passed, I received an email shortly after I cancelled the meal plan that expressed sympathy and confirmed my meal plan was cancelled. But then a few weeks later, I received a handwritten sympathy card from them. It further highlights their dedication as well as the care they have for all dogs and their families.

Seriously, give them a try! They truly have amazing food and an even more amazing team to support you!

We have been using Farmer’s Dog for our…

We have been using Farmer’s Dog for our two cockapoos Molly and Charlie for a couple years now. Prior to Farmer’s Dog, Molly (7 year old) was over weight and had stinky breath. We switched hoping to help Molly get to a healthier weight. Two years later, bad breath is totally cleared up, she is at a healthy weight, and has so much more energy (not an exaggeration). Both Charlie and Molly love their food.
In addition, the customer service is amazing. I used the chat and spoke with Angel to make a last minute change to my next order. I had questions about my changes and also needed to alter some delivery dates. Angel handled it all like a pro, and made sure all of my questions were addressed.
I have recommended Farmer’s Dog to family and friends and will continue to do so. I really believe in this dog food, and the stellar service is the cherry on top!

No longer a picky eater

My dog used to be a picky eater with stomach problems. Farmers Dog is high quality food that he loves. His coat is softer and he no longer has stomach problems. He loves all varieties and he loves the treats as well. The price is well worth it to see him so happy and healthier with his food.

A satisfied customer's 5 star review.

I have been feeding my dog Sandy the Farmer's Dog food since Feb 2023 and she has never had any problems. I give her the turkey because it is the lowest in fat. My dog is 15 yr old and still gobbles up every dish of food. I don't have any problems with the shipping since we are on a "will call" plan with them. No automatic shipments for us. We call them when we need more food and it ships within a few days. They always notify us when it's shipped. We plan to continue feeding our dog your food for as long as she is with us. 5 stars for Farmer's Dog.

STANK BUTT JUICE X10000

BUTT JUICE! If your dog has ever had stank butt before… be prepared… it actually sprayed all over my friend’s leg, my couch, and blanket all at once. My dogs but juiced occasionally it’s something I am totally okay with because they take care of themselves. I know they are butt juicing bc they aggressively attack their butt and then it stinks for a little. Then it goes away. HOWEVER, this food is like supplementing your dog with an OD amount of salmon oil that they don’t need in the first place. They have been attacking their butt and spraying stink oil non stop. This is after two weeks I only give them a half portion daily split in the morning and evening with their original kibble. Wellness brand kibble A1, this… is an expensive way to spend an excess of time cleaning EVERYTHING including yourself. I have also made my dogs food before and they never experienced this issue and their energy levels, bmi, and coat were gorgeous. Don’t let them fool you. Save your money.

I can’t say enough good things about…

I can’t say enough good things about The Farmer’s Dog. I saw their ad during the Super Bowl a few years ago, signed up for the 30 day trial, and have never looked back.

Even through we were feeding our dog supposedly super high quality kibble, our vet kept telling us he was overweight, so we were feeding him less and less and it didn’t feel right. He was clearly hungry all of the time and we felt terrible about it.

When The Farmer’s Dog trial pack showed up (right on time as it always does) our dog was so surprised that this food was actually for him that he hesitated before eating it and then I think it blew his mind.

Within a week, the difference was obvious. He was satisfied, happy and drinking much less water. Feeding is easy and takes no prep other than remembering to thaw the packs (unlike trying to make kibble palatable with water and additives).

At the end of the 30 day trial, he was 1/3 of way to his goal weight so the decision to continue was an easy one. 3 months in the vet was amazed at how healthy he was, and at the perfect weight, which he has maintained.

The Farmer’s Dog staff are so great that they will actually personally respond to my texts, make sure everything is great, and take the time to show that they care.

I sincerely think this company is exemplary and focuses on always improving their service and product quality.

Thank you to The Farmer’s Dog for taking care of us and our amazing pup! I would select 6 stars if I could!

Above and beyond service

I can’t say enough great things about The Farmer’s Dog — both the product and the people behind it.

After a stressful international move, my dog completely lost her appetite. I tried everything, including cooking for her myself, and nothing worked. The moment I switched to The Farmer’s Dog, she was hooked. It was such a relief to finally see her eating happily again, especially during an already overwhelming time.

But what really sets this company apart is their customer service. They genuinely go above and beyond. Once, when I was heading out of town and realized my shipment timing wouldn’t work, I reached out hoping for a simple reschedule — and they made it happen without any hassle. It was one of those rare moments where a company actually treats you like a person, not just an order number.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Food That Gave Me Two More Years (& counting!) With My Girl

I want to start by introducing you to Dipsy Doo — my sweet, strong-willed, 13-year-old miracle of a dog who has been the light of my life for over a decade. When she was 11, she suffered a hospitalizing case of pancreatitis. She fought through it like the warrior princess she is, but the real challenge came after: post-pancreatitis dogs must follow a strict low-fat diet for the rest of their lives.

I dutifully started her on a bland diet, then transitioned to a prescription low-fat canned food. That lasted about a week. My girl is used to the finest things in life, and this food looked, smelled, and I can only imagine tasted like gray sludge. She refused it entirely. I tried topping it with low-fat fish, chicken, beef. I tried treat dust, dried toppers, even gravy. Nothing worked. I watched my baby girl turn her nose up at every meal, and I was terrified she would waste away.

Then, enter my brilliant, problem-solving boyfriend — the smartest man I know — who suggested The Farmer's Dog. I never in a million years imagined a fresh food subscription could meet prescription-diet criteria, but I checked the nutrition label and sure enough, it did! We ordered the free trial, held our breath… and Dipsy Doo ate every single bite. She LOVED it. And her tummy tolerated it beautifully.

I cannot overstate what this food has meant to us. Because of The Farmer's Dog, I have had 2+ more years with my sweet girl — years full of snuggles, silly antics, and all the joy only a dog can bring. To every single person at The Farmer's Dog: thank you, from the very bottom of my heart, for saving my Dipsy Doo. 🐾💛

Farmers Dog is Quality

From the very first order they offered guidance as to what would work best for my dogs. I have 2 Shih Tzus and they have always been very picky and they have sensitive stomachs. I tried cooking for them and the vet said I was killing them with kindness. He recommended Farmers Dog. They checked up to see how it was going
Customer Service is Excellent. The order is processed quickly and delivered frozen.

I know that the Farmer's Dog extended…

I know that the Farmer's Dog extended my fur baby's life. There was a huge difference when I transitioned him to this food in his energy levels and overall countenance, he looked younger. I used to think he didn't really like food but it was the dry food he was eating. Chesterfield was wild for Farmer's Dog and would gobble it all up. Thank you for improving the quality of his life!
Excellent customer service. Farmer's Dog goes above and beyond and was very empathetic as well as when I notified of Chester passing away at almost 14 years of age.

The farmers dog customer service and their currier are horrible

The farmers dog food is great. Their customer service is good only so far. I am having the worst trouble with delivery! I have left notes, the company have left notes on the label, with specific orders where to leave my delivery. Their currier can’t seem to read or write. They are leaving my order of “frozen” food, on my steps (not even the porch) in the hot sun!! I have expressed on my last 3 deliveries, where to leave my order. Each time has been worse! Customer service, does the whole fake apology, and state they will make notes to the currier and suggest I do the same. It’s on the label. But, The Farmers Dog refuses to correct the problem with THEIR currier! Other options out here to feed my dog. Not staying with a company that refuses to hire a reading & writing, knowledgeable, reliable currier. Their billing is way off as well. Sometimes billed twice in same month. Never, ever any kind of sale or promotion for loyal long term customers
3rd time is a charm for me. We are out

Ive had my dog on natural fresh brand…

Ive had my dog on natural fresh brand food for years and i slowly started feeding him farmers dog because i had seen so many good reviews about it! My dog started vomiting violently the day after he had it. I didnt give it to him at all afterwards but he kept vomiting a couple days after and there was blood in his throw up. And after i started trying to find bad reviews and saw that a womans dog had there stomach ruptured because of farmers dog. Completly dissapointed.

My dog would hardly eat his food

My dog would hardly eat his food. I tried everything. I decided to try The Farmers Dog. He now eats every bite of his food. The beef and pork recipes seem to upset his stomach, but the chicken recipe did great.

The farmers Dog has exceptional customer service. I have never had to wait more than 30 seconds to speak to a customer service rep. They are beyond polite and very helpful with my questions. When it comes to customer service The Farmers Dog is top notch!!

Delivery Problems

Let’s start with the food portions and Price which is extremely high . The food is good but there are other options out there for much better prices and easier storage of the food , which come frozen on a box . Delivery is another story put your name in phone number and E Mail and they supposedly will give you a window of time for the delivery? Good luck with that the answer from chat named Wink is we don’t have that information as of yet but we deliver 24 Hrs a day . So I cancelled and it seems the delivery options are limited to Farmers Dog according to your Geographical location so before signing up in Florida with extreme heat and the rainy season be forewarned.

Good evening,

I’m reaching out to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent order for Titi’s meals.

I was extremely disappointed, especially considering the high price I paid. What I received — two large packs and two small ones — is completely unacceptable, and I do not accept this.

Two large packs are not even enough for a single week, and the two small ones do not justify the price in any way. This is highly misleading and gives the impression that customers are being misled.

At no point was it made clear that this would be the actual quantity and proportion of the products. If this had been presented transparently, I would not have made the purchase.

I expect a prompt response and a proper resolution to this issue. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to share my experience publicly in the form of a detailed review.

Logistics nightmare !

My dog loved the food but customer service refuses to have order delivered on my day off due to logistic reasons . They only want to use fedex which doesn't deliver in my area on my days off .they dont even think to use a different carrier which speaks volumes , one of the first time s in my life I actually got a no from customer service , that shouldn't even be in their vocabulary. So they lost me as a customer . Customer service should make it happen but refuses to . Terrible customer service. Some of us have to work 2 jobs and can't be home to wait on fedex to decide to deliver .
