Happy customet

The Feltbox didn't have everything I ordered in stock but very kindly advised me they had an alternative fibre. As soon as let them know what I wanted as a replacement, I received a refund because of the price difference and my order was dispatched.The fibres arrived quickly, are all excellent quality and good value. Thank you Feltbox.

Very pleased with my first purchase…

Very pleased with my first purchase from Feltbox. Fast delivery, good communication & great choice of wools & tools. Prices are very competitive & quality products. I’m new to needle felting and I’ve been surprised how few suppliers are out there ( in comparison to other craft supplies I’m used to using). I particularly like that I’m supporting a small uk business. Highly recommend Feltbox.
