I was looking for a layout on my houses floor. The guy named Tom helped me out to find the floor layout I had in my mind and that would suit the entire design of the house. Also the quality of the job was the highest and really fast too. I am really happy with my results and recommend working with Tom!!

I really recommend this company if you are going to purchase flooring. Tom, who sold us the flooring, was a very respectful and easygoing manager. They also handled the flooring installation, and the job was done efficiently. The quality of the flooring and the installation was excellent. Thanks!

Dispatch and delivery was much faster than I was expecting. High quality product and beautiful rug for a very reasonable price. Will be the first place I look for future purchases

The rug STINKS OF MOULD. THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD. When I opened the plastic packaging I nearly vomited from the putrid stench. I immediately demanded a refund. There is no way this disgusting item can possibly be allowed into any home - have to store it as far away from the house as possible. The stench still gives me a headache. To add insult to injury, their return policy says the customer has to return the item. There's no way you can put this stinking piece of garbage in your car. The Flooring Guys did not even deliver my entire order. MORE THAN ONE WEEK after purchase only ONE of TWO RUGS I ordered was delivered - still waiting for the other item. After 4 days waiting, I rang the numbers provided, 0415 377 670 and 0405 697 278, both answered by 'Vincent' who argued that it is not his problem. Disgusting. I do NOT RECOMMEND buying from this company. Recommend reporting The Flooring Guys to ACCC.

I obtained an online quote from the Flooring Guys for approx $5,600 ($55 /sq mtr) of Hybrid Planks.
DIY Floorboards quoted me $53.50 for the same product.
When I asked the Flooring Guys to match or beat the competitors price ( per their own website ) they failed to return phone calls and after I rang several times they just refused to match DIY.
In my opinion False Advertising and the ACCC will need to be aware of such.

I found the service at the Blacktown store to be very friendly and efficient. I would deal with this store again.

Very quick to take money and then not respond. Can’t get anyone on a phone in any of their offices or any answers via email, what a joke.

DO NOT BUY HURFORD'S HM WALK - WORST PRODUCT EVER.

RUINED an otherwise beautiful renovation in Paddington, Queensland.

Purchased HM Walk, Blackbutt in Matte, supplied by Hurfords to Anderson's Indooroopilly. BEFORE WE EVEN MOVED INTO THE HOUSE, several of the boards were chipped or peeling at the ends where they meet other boards. We went through a flooring investigation to try to get it repaired or compensation for the bad product. The investigation found the installers had done their jobs correctly and the product had been stored correctly etc. This was just the expected results from this product, according to them. Well, it's horrendous!! DO NOT BUY!! I wouldn't want anyone else's project to be ruined by this awful company. Their "fix" was basically to get some guy to come and put some tan coloured putty in the chips to try to disguise them a bit. You can clearly see the putty they used to fix it. I would be happy to send photos to anyone who wants to see how awful it is.

On top of the fact that the product is clearly poor quality and defective, it shows every single tiny mark. I constantly have to clean the floors - and there are very few cleaning products you can use on it. It is the ABSOLUTE WORST.

Great price on a great rug, and great service as well! Very happy with the quality of the rug and was delivered in good time. Would definitely buy from The Flooring Guys again.

Beautiful rug, great price and received quickly.

I ordered my flooring on 14/8. I paid for the item straight away online. I had to contact them on 21/8 chasing up the flooring as I hadn’t heard anything. Instantly I got a message to say it was ready for collection.
I arranged to pick the flooring up from their warehouse only to arrive on the day and they were shut.
I tried phoning them 3 times only to get a message saying ‘Can I Call later’.
They messaged me and stated they would arrange free delivery.
Free delivery however turns out they will only deliver kerbside and the location is on a busy street in a unit.
Made contact with them to get a delivery time update as we requested it for 3pm so we could arrange for someone to move the items from the kerb. Only to be told it would be delivered at 6pm.
So here we are waiting for it to be delivered so we can move the 27 boxes from the kerbside in the dark!!
Oh and to top it all off the tools we purchased at the time I bet I still need to drive 40 minutes to pick up.

Update: waited 30 minutes and rang 3 times and surprise surprise no delivery!!

Another update: sent an email to find out what happened to our delivery only to be told ‘don’t worry your order cancelled you receive refund’

Don’t purchase from this company. There is no phone number only a mobile phone which they rarely answer. They don’t care once they have your money.

Bought a very large carpet piece. Extremely happy with what I received. It looked exactly what I saw in the picture. Will use this company again

The problem was that the rug delivered looked vastly different from the one shown on their website. It was a stark white whilst all their photos suggested that it had golden undertones. So the description of the product by the business was not accurate.

Contacted the business via email advising them that their photos of the rug on their website were not a true representation and if they were that the one we received was vastly different. Asked to exchange for another colour. They then informed me that rather than exchange I had to purchase a the new rug. Upon returning the old one they would issue a refund minus $50 for reshipping and minus a $47.52 restocking fee as this was a change of mind. Further they wouldn't allow me to return it via the same courier on delivery, or to the store or to the warehouse to save on the shipping. The restocking fee should not have been charged as it was not a change of mind but rather a failure by them to deliver what was advertised on their website.

Awesome experience with The Flooring Guys…got the rug for half the price as in the shops and was delivered within a week. Highly Recommend

Good result, efficient and pleased with floor.

I bought Decoline floor boards from them. The floor is terrible. We had a 220sqm house done so was not cheap. The boards scratch do easily compared to any other laminate floors we’ve had. The floor also seems to have a top coating making it appear matt, but really all it does is hold dirt. I can mop a spot three times over and when it dries it still looks like the kids, animals and some tradie boots went ovet it. Imagine trying to keep 220sqm of floor boards clean. My robot mop runs every day and I manually mop every day. Never in my life have I done this much mopping on floorboards. I do not recommend this product.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Tom & his crew were excellent - could not fault them.
The product is also wonderful & they managed to get the job done super quickly whilst maintaining a brilliant standard.
