The rug that I purchased has a chemical odour that is extremely strong. I had to wash it and leave it outside for a week and still the smell is strong and noticeable. It is very disappointing and concerning. I will not be buying from here ever again.

The rug arrived promptly and in good condition. My only complaint was the rug wasn't as colourful as in the pictures on the site and each one is obviously made with variations.

We ordered 102 boxes of flooring online and was ready for collection within days whole process was easy and we saved money.

Showed item available on website but days later after I had paid for it I received an email saying it was out of stock. So frustrating as I needed this for a housewarming gift.

Good price for quality rug, fast dispatch and delivery! They also have a rage of payment options which was great to see.

Hi Flooring Guys, I ordered three rugs on 15 Aug 22,
received Invoice & paid through Paypal on 15 Aug 22.
The delivery/service, communication was good - rugs arrived 22 Aug 22. Excellent...
We also received 'Order complete' Invoice on 1 Oct 22 although we had paid account - oversight a bit of a worry.
Attempted last review but was difficult - separate reviews for 3 rugs & requiring photos.

Excellent range of flooring and easy to navigate website. Ordering was a breeze.
My only criticism is that the delivery drivers require assistance at destination to unload. I didn’t have anyone at home to help and I’m not the strongest person on the team. Thankfully, they arranged for an additional driver to attend to help unload. Easy.

I am so happy with my rug from The Flooring Guys. Service was great and it arrived very quickly. It is excellent quality and just as the picture presented. I love the colours and the pike is very soft and luxurious. Thanks for a great purchase!

After the February floods here in Lismore I approached Oaten's in Casino for help with new flooring. They had many options at various prices. I was able to choose vinyl planking that matched perfectly with the teak hardwood floors found in the rest of the house for the laundry area and a gorgeous soft pile carpet for a bedroom. Both were very reasonably priced.

Very fast delivery and good value rug. Perfect size. Looks great.

Ordered and paid in full for some Hybrid flooring from their website for pickup from their Sydney store (which was the only pickup option on site). An hour later they called and said that there is an additional interstate delivery fee of over $60!!! (I was collecting the item from their shop) This extra fee increased the overall price by 30%!!. The web site makes no mention of a huge surcharge if you don't order a certain amount, the website also mentions a 5% discount if you follow their instagram which does not work either. They did refund straight away without delay, but their web site is very deceptive to make it look like they are good prices but they are not. The only contact number is a 1300 number but when I called it I just got a mobile phone message bank, so not even sure if they have a land line, they did call me back from a mobile number shortly after. I'll not be going back regardless of what "great price"they have on their web site.
