My name is Dzabatou ecko prince nehemie (account: TFDRSB_602X4VH) this firm should get a 5 stars anytime but today something inaccpetable happen, i recently passed my assesment and got move to a sim brokerage account the moment i got the account I locked the account multiple time so I m not able to trade it for the day I have done every check possible to make sure that the account was lock for the day as most of my account are sync together i even chech rt trader and try to trigger trade before my trading session and the account was in fact locked fast forward litteraly 10 min after my last check locking the account once more when trading I come to find out that the account unlocked out of no where right it the middle of the trading session something that never ever happenned before unfortunately i came to find out the problem that never ever happen ever on one of my very last position of the day being i full drawdown, i went to support to ask for help and all i get is you should have better monitor while i have done everything on the book as i always do and for the first time it didnt work fast forward had the issue putted on me plus when I past the account I made sure to get in contact with support to change my account risk (lower them) so when checking the account i come to find out that even my risk limit were not respected so basically nothing worked as it was suppose to as when I was on the assesment period I never face those type of issue ever , I feel like I just got put to the side and the firm didnt take accountability of the issue that happen which is really bad for a firm that really push a narrative about risk management and everything about risk.

I will not put a 2-3 stars just cause Im piss because this firm is really one of the best when it come to trader evolution but I just felt like sh.. the way they handle my situation and have a account with -50% of initial equity while it should have never happened .

ps: I would be glad to change this comment because this in fact doesn't represent the firm well , if my issue get resolved cause it is in no way my reponsability especialy on a sim account.
but still one of the best prop firm I found I can't wait to be counted as one of their trader live

update 2 days later I just lost the account, really bad experiance once on the sim brokerage........( its hard to make up from a 50% drawndown when you systeme can only survive a 15-25% drawndown I had no help with my issue till today nothing)

So far so good, seems to be a really good prop. I like the fact that it starts you at a zero balance and you have to reach your target or profitability without reaching your breach target. I also like the fact that you can set certain parameters within the account you choose, you can't set everything but the things you can set you can set it to your liking. I'm sure this could possibly be a five-star prop but I'm only giving it four stars because I haven't really done much or gotten much out of it as of yet (that's not their fault) since I've only been trading out of the few accounts I have for about a week. I do believe once you look into their accounts you'll be pleasantly pleased with the ability to set it the way you want, give them a try.

I’m just getting started with The Futures Desk, but so far I love the dashboard and all the trading tools you have available there. I think they will be very helpful to help me be both more deliberate and accountable. I’m excited to make use of them all. Still getting acquainted really.

I love The Futures Desk and signing up was very easy! The price points are fair; and, if there’s a special, the prices are competitive. The ability to customize a plan is a fantastic feature as well as the ability to do the practice account! Also, the platform is really nice! I love having the journaling process built in (which can be disabled if preferred) and also the trading platform itself built in! Having the trading platform included was the deciding factor for me. One less piece to have to try to figure out how to connect. The 80/20 split is a little tough, but I can see why it’s 80/20 because the product The Futures Desk is offering is definitely top notch! Would highly recommend trying it!

I subscribed and paid for the wrong platform. TFD was able to immediately move me to the correct platform. Most businesses in this space will not do this for their customers.

TFD avoids the gamification typical of most prop firms and their support team is second to none (both helpfulness and response time).

My 2 best friends referred me to the futures Desk and its been the best decision ever from start to finish there great my friends have already recieved payouts also so out of all the prop firms they have been by far the best

TFD is definitely a company who cares about their customers and want traders to learn and succeed. Their path is straight forward and I love that they aren't teaching you to be disciplined with their rules. I highly recommend traders to try them out. I can't wait to resume trading once my renewal kicks in now that I'm a better trader.

I have only been working on the Practice Account. And the few questions i had to CS were answered in less than an hour, generally within 10 minutes.
Concerned about Project X in February because the platform is fantastic.

Everything went smooth from the account buying through the trading plateform set up till the trading in itself 👍

I loved the platform and its business ethics.

At first I was not a fan due to the daily base hits and then daily loss limits. But I kept trading with them due to there journaling system which is the best. But I have been realizing I am getting a lot better with my trading. I am sizing down and Noticing I am doing more winners than losers lately on there Eval. Now for testing a strategy I use the free practice account they offer and I am able to journal and see how to improve myself. If you want to trade correctly and sharpen your skills please trade with them you wont regret it.

Solid firm but pricey with DLL and consistency (daily base hit). Forced DLL is the second worst rule in props. You can't choose the big account with no DLL.

Thanks for the reply. I checked the new accounts and not sure how they are different than current offerings. These have DLL and no option to remove like the old offerings.

Update 2/11:
Approved for live 2/3/26 but have to wait for a "risk" call which isn't for 20 days on 2/23. Bro what.
