Very simple to get money for things that had just been taking up space and doing nothing for many years. Sent them in prepaid envelope and within a week or so got a phone call with cash offer which I accepted and money was in my bank account within minutes. Great service.

The gold Company made me a offer for my jewellery which was lower than I wanted so I asked them to send it back which wasn’t a problem until my package arrived minus 2 pairs of ear rings I contacted them and had a couple of txt messages from Evelina but she has stopped messaging and the tel number cuts off after 3 rings, I don’t think this is very good customer service

Very prompt and easy service. I sent the items on Thursday and received a satisfactory offer by text on Friday morning. Within minutes (literally) of sending my bank details the money was in my account.

Great service easy to use and quick payment. Only issue is the percentage they take off actual value versus offer for their commission, mine was around 40%. That said it was so simple and avoids trying to do it yourself

The Gold Company are very good, I would recommend them. You just text them and they get in touch for yr name and address to send envelope to put yr items in and fill out a form. They even rang to say been a problem with post but envelope will be coming shortly. Just took my envelope with items in to the post office and they send and give u a receipt. When the Gold Company receive the items they text with amount they feel goods are worth. I would say very reasonably in their figures. I hve used the Gold Company on 2 occasions and feel was a great service.

From the companies point of view I couldn’t fault the service and updates, it was the pack that took longer then expected 2 1/2 weeks after requesting it but I was informed the delay was due to Royal Mail. Once I sent it off I had the offer the next day and it went in my bank the same day. Very satisfied with offer and the service the gold company provided

Used donotsitonit and sent my items yesterday. Mix of gold and silver, received a text from Gold company today with an offer I was satisfied with and request for bank details. I nervously sent them and true to word money was in my account within an hour! I don't know anywhere else where service has been that swift. If I find any more items I will send them off.
