Good value, prompt service and great communication (when I made a mistake when ordering, it was quickly sorted out)

Ordered the clips to go with the velvet hangers that I had previously ordered. Quite a few of them didn't open very wide and I had trouble fitting them over the waist of the trousers. They also did stay in one place on the hanger and kept sliding about. I would not bother to order these again!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, sent an email saying dispatched, but tracking still says royal mail haven't received package, can't contact them, and have ignored my email too.

The velvet hangers are exactly as described - they look nice, are functional and prevent the clothes from slipping down, which is exactly what I was after.
Unfortunately Royal Mail initially failed to deliver the parcel as instructed, however the Sales team was very quick to fix the issue and arranged for replacements to be despatched immediately. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

First order from this store but certainly not the last one. I looked around for decent hangers with broader shoulderparts that do not make the clothes slip. They arrived speedily, well packaged in a large enough box, and they are just brilliant. Good hangers make such a difference to your clothes' shoulder areas. The price is also good. Definitely highly recommended to order your hangers from here.

There was a slight problem with an order of coat hangers. The Hanger Store reacted promptly and my problem was resolved within 48 hours.

Excellent and quick service. I ordered the hangers, which arrived in a few days. Great quality walnut wooden hangers.
I realised I needed more than I ordered and again they arrived in a few days. The clothes in my wardrobe look like they are hanging up in shop!

Order placed over the weekend for the standard 5 day delivery. Delivery received on Tuesday - way ahead of expectation. Great service. I ordered 4 types of hangers and all are as advertised while the hangers are of a good quality.

Purchased 20 of the 44cm Wooden Suit Hangers (with notches and bar). Exceeded expectations in terms of quality. The wood is a beautiful colour and the hangers are smooth. When I've bought wooden hangers in the past from another retailer, sometimes the wood was rough and my clothes would snag on them. These look like they are built to last and are very good value for money.

I purchased velvet hangers - the flocked ones in white, adult’s and children’s in a few hundred. Delivery was super quick and with parcel force. I had a couple of issues and called the store up and they dealt with it professionally and promptly. I’ve recommended them to my sister who has since purchased flocked hangers too. Excellent service from this company. My order was despatched quickly but the Parcelforce courier was useless and would not deliver to my designated safe place despite numerous emails to them. The Hanger Store dealt with this immediately and when Parcelforce continued to be obstructive they gave me a refund with no quibble. Eventually I received my order - excellent quality and good value for money - would definitely order again.

Second lot of hangers from this store, as the price is really good compared to other retailers. I bought the grey flock hangers, so that there is little risk of any colour transfer, and love the fact that clothes don't move on them. They are nice and slim, so more can be fitted in a wardrobe - very important with a fashion conscious teen. Also they arrived very quickly, so less excuse to leave extra clothes on the floor.

Great service. The order was easy to put in, the item came promptly, it was carefully but not excessively packed, and it does the job perfectly. What else could you ask for?

The eco hangers are perfect for our little one’s clothes and we even wrote on them with pencils to personalise and brighten them up. Seem sturdier than some of the plastic ones we got with new clothes.

I only needed a few hangers. Most places only sold them in 50s, but not this company. I was able to order 10. Easy to order, amazing delivery, came next day, free delivery. Hangers very good quality & a very good price. Would highly recommend them & will use again.
