48 hrs trying to get answer from the out of hour number that they transfer you to , no answer and unable to leave any messages, due to offices being closed for the xmas period !

Our central heating pump broke over the…

Our central heating pump broke over the weekend. We called The heating plan, they had an engineer out on a Sunday with the correct materials on the van. All fixed within 6 hours of calling. Very happy.

5 star boiler service

5 star boiler service! The heating plan was very helpful with getting me booked in my annual service from start to finish and Garry the engineer was very polite, arrived on time and tidied up when he left! I also would would recommend the silver service plan boiler cover to anyone that’s taken cover for the boiler. My last company was charging me double... and excess! I wouldn’t go elsewhere.
