48 hrs trying to get answer from the out of hour number that they transfer you to , no answer and unable to leave any messages, due to offices being closed for the xmas period !

We had an emergency boiler breakdown…

We had an emergency boiler breakdown and gave them a call the whole experience was great. The person on the phone was really friendly and helpful, and they managed to get an engineer out the same day. He sorted the problem quickly and even serviced the boiler while he was there. Super smooth and stress-free. Great team all round really impressed!

Brilliant service from Perry

Lovely cheery man so nice and happy! Really informative and kind with efficient service was able to break things down for me and was honest with boiler issues so I didn’t feel so silly he was able to show me functions and why! Highly rate this service especially as a women living alone sometimes your not able to feedback to landlord and things with people who give you half the information and jargon.perry was nothing like this! Highly rate this company! Brilliant service.

I just wanted to give a MASSIVE shout…

I just wanted to give a MASSIVE shout out to The Heating Plan whose team have gone above and beyond to resolve my repair. I’m so impressed with the commitment, dedication and action displayed by the arduous Kristoff who did not stop until he found the source of the issue and then went about repairing the the problem and thus solving the dilemma. Thanks to Shauna also who worked hard to get a repairman out to the property the same day. What excellent customer service. The Heating Plan Team are friendly approachable made me feel valued and were on hand to help with any queries. Thanks again for making me feel special and for sending an amazing workman to us. We appreciate you. Thank You for being you and all that you do.

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. I received a phone call from Martin about an elderly couple who had no heating or hot water. Martin was very polite and friendly, he advised of the need for a call out due to circumstances and I attended that day. The boiler needed parts and Martin advised me to go ahead with the repair - the customers well being was his priority. Invoice was settled within a few days of the job. No issues. Would definitely work with The Heating Plan again in the future.

Excellent service from Martin.

Martin who answered the call was quick and efficient to get mum an engineer out straight away and when this engineer then let mum down and didn't return with a new part Martin was on the case straight away and managed to get someone else out. Excellent service, he was so professional and really understood how stressful these things can be. We now will always use the heating plan. Thank you.

Emergency call out

Andy from the Heating plan called me asking to attend a leaking boiler emergency callout. After completing the work Andy chased me for my invoice as they like to pay as quickly as possible, he kept me up to date with the job and sent over all details very promptly, my invoice was paid within hours of being sent. I had a great experience doing the job for The Heating Plan and would without any hesitation do other work for them in the future.

The clock on my immersion heater was…

The clock on my immersion heater was not working and I was without hot water. Engineers from DTS made 3 visits in one week but the heater was beyond repair so a new heater was fitted. I was given instructions on its use. The men were excellent and I am pleased to recommend the company.
