As your item was in stock at the time of ordering this was sent straight out and you should have received an email from the courier company, with your tracking number and letting you know when your item was out for delivery. I have had a look at the tracking for your item and it looks as though this was attempted twice but there was no one home and they are currently holding it until they contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Simple and straightforward process for a made to measure angled dorr. Pay on website for the size that covers your door measurements. They contact you for the exact measurments then using that they send you an technical diagram showing what the door will look like with those measurements. Confirm back to them if you are happy for them to proceed, then wait 2-3 weeks for it to be made and delivered. No fuss & an excellent made door

Totally reliable company with high quality products
Totally reliable company. Super quality products. We've been customers off and on for nearly 10 years; quality is undiminished and - allowing for delivery costs - prices have increased FAR less than average.
Slight glitch in ordering process this time - but that was down to PayPal not the company.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately as the damage was not reported for 2 weeks and it was also extremely minor, we were unable to replace this for you as discussed. However we did process a partial refund of £20 as a good will gesture for the inconvenience which you accepted.
Apologies you were not happy with this resolution and with the product received, unfortunately as it was reported outside of our claims period we were unable to authorise a replacement in this instance
