My handrail was faulty and because I didn’t unwrap it and check within 24hrs they wouldn’t replace it! Disgusting service

Bought two oak radiator shelves, really nice quality and easy to fit.

Excellent customer service, checking our measurements and then ringing to check when could be delivered. Superb service.

I ordered a ledged internal door in finished white paint. The door is good quality and appears to be well made.
I asked for a Dulux white finish and in a telephone conversation they did say it may not be an exact colour match which I accepted. However the door was a very strong blue shade of white and needed repainting, which rather defeats the object of paying extra for finished paint. Other than that happy with the door and the delivery.

The radiator shelf is good quality and looks great but the satin finish still left some rough to the touch edges which I then needed to smooth with finest sandpaper. It is not visibly rough but it is not up to standard. I have raised the issue with Heritage and they acknowledge this is not good enough, that they should be smooth. I hope they can get this right as I would like to order more.

The delivery of the radiator shelf was very quick. The wooden shelf itself was reasonable, but the metal brackets were poor and one broke off making the shelf useless.

Despite following all guidelines, the door we purchased warped significantly. The company refused to replace and only offered £15.00 discount off a replacement door at a cost of £300.00. This door was supplied however due to illness was unable to be unpacked for one week. On unpacking, the door was split in two areas at the ends making it unusable. This was reported immediately however two rather blunt emails were received stating that it was our fault for not opening the package within 24 hours. Hugely disappointing as we have used the company on several occasions previously but will not be returning. From the photographs supplied it was clear that it was a manufacturing fault, and this should have been remedied. A warning to any future customers.

Packaging poor, paper not waterproof dry on outside but very wet inside; shelf wet. Radiator bracket disappointing and poor quality . Oak satin finish does not look finished

Stair cladding is great quality easy to fit nd looks great. Made such a difference to our old tired stairs

Very happy with my purchase and good service. On the day of placing order I was contacted to arrange delivery of my door which arrived on the day we arranged.

Excellent customer service, I ordered a v-grooved wooden door at the beginning of the week and it arrived by the end of the week in perfect condition.

Once it was hung and sealed, it now looks great.

Doors arrived quickly.
Good quality, but not unwrapped yet as builder is a bit behind.

The two radiator shelves were of good quality and as I hoped. The screws on the fittings for the shelves were of bad quality and we had to replace them with better quality screws ,so that was annoying, but overall happy with product and service.

Excellent quality and first class service. Perfect if you're looking for high spec and timeless style.
