I did not like the service at the store. I bought a product, but the store did nothing. Only after two weeks, when I provided a bank statement proving that I had paid them, did they start processing the order. I ordered an S9 Pro Plus, but received an S9 Pro.

To my surprise, it was a smooth experience. I received the CCA Hydro IEM in hand within 20 days of purchase. This specific IEM was out of stock at all the online retailers in India and I was able to get it at a much lower price than what the retailers used to sell it for in India. Kudos to thehificat.
