I have been demanding for my refund from this comonay and they keep sending me the same emails since Feb 2024! Was forced to pay a solicitor to email them to redeem my refund and they sent the same email as they do every week and month! Their excuse is that their bank has issues. I question this, since February? this is absolutely absurd. I am seeking further legal advice to close this company down and have contacted the Japanese business law to investigate this matter further. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Awful experience and out of pocket having buried my mother-in-law and they still have no remorse to return my owed money! If no stock arrived? and they kept the stock, why not return what is owed? They have my customer order number and business working days are said to be 5 - 15 days to refund. It is now over 6 months. You do tje maths!

When we placed our order, we had a problem with the delivery of a pair of boots. The customer service team immediately sent the pair back to us without the postage costs. The quality is very good and the products are very well cared for.

I recommend this brand with my eyes closed

Cute online shop. I felt I had to mention that I was unhappy to have quite a big chunk taken from doing a return.

Bought some glssses with shipping was £28.95. The glasses did not suit me and I didn’t see anything that I would have liked to exchange with. A total of £7.80 was deducted from the balance which I feel is extortionate. If I had known this before I would not have bought the glasses and as a result will not be buying from this store again.

Oh what a treat to discover the hippie shake! Ordered a couple of items on Tuesday, arrived on weds. Loved a top so much that I have gone back on to order the matching trousers tee hee. Such speedy service and such fab clothes.

Their customer support is absolutely amazing. 10/10 experience and I am super happy with both my product and the support I received when I was having issues.

You know when you fall in love with an item of clothing but then put it on and it looks like a sack of potatoes? Yeah, my top was the complete OPPOSITE of that!! As a plus size girly, I didn't have my expectations too high but oh my goodness the Lucy In The Sky body suit looks incredible! I originally wanted the green one which was sadly out of stock so settled for the brown just in case I had to miss out altogether and I am so pleased I did! It is so beautiful! Seriously, I NEVER leave reviews but I had to rave about how gorgeous this item is. I'm not one to have my arms out but the Cape feature hides the bingo wings away and the ties at the front can be tightened if you don't want too much cleavage. I did pay for the next day delivery which took longer than I would have thought to arrive but it's really not a big deal. I can't wait to wear it and hoping the green comes back in stock soon so I can add that to what I am sure will be an ever growing collection.

I have ordered twice from The Hippie Shake. Both times the packages arrived quickly (I'm from the Netherlands) and without any problems. I will definitely be ordering from them again! Also, they provide IDeal as a payment option, which I'm very grateful for. All in all a wonderful business with fabulous clothing.

I’m plus size and that thing fits like a glove! I received so many compliments. I adore the jumpsuit! It made me feel like a million bucks.
I’m in Australia, it arrived in the mail reasonably quickly too

I'm beyond happy with my shopping experience at The Hippie Shake! Not only does their shop feature unique, colorful and truly extraordinary designs, but the customer service is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was quite the complicated customer as I wasn't sure which size would fit best and the had troubles with customs, yet Ben and Ailish from customer service always answered my requests after a very short time and were always able to find a solution (thanks again!). Today, I wore the boots I ordered (the astonishingly gorgeous I Took A Trip Rainbow Platform Boots) for the first time and was immediately complimented on my shoes by a complete stranger on the underground.
I can only recommend and will definitely order again, which I'm already looking forward to!

I have always loved the hippy shakes unique and classic vintage style, I have had my eye on the green penny lane coat for some time and decided to get it for my birthday in January. I needed the coat to be delivered to where I am in France however there was a bit of trouble bacuse of postage costs I was unaware about (Brexit 🥺) I was eagerly anticipating my delivery and when it had been a week or two I got in touch with the hippy shake to explain my situation. They were so kind and re sent my coat out to me and taking care of the extra delivery costs. This was so generous of them and I now have my coat! It was well worth the wait, the quality is great and it's so warm and cozy, and it's a head turner for sure!! I know I will be snuggly and stylish in the cold snowy mountains now! Thank you so much the hippy shake !! ✨🌸

I had issues with my order to Canada, the duty for some reason was excessive , so I chatted with them about it , I let it get sent back and they resent me my cape ( which fyi is f*ckin fabulous) .
They were helpful and communicative , so not only are there clothes amazing but great customer service too ! Thank you thank you 🙏💜💜

The guys at THS are really helpful and kind! They helped me track down a misdirected parcel and reunited me with a fab suit.

My son bought a pair of pants for me for Christmas and they sent the wrong size (3 sizes too big), I did an exchange after they originally gave my son the run around about exchanging and when I got what was supposed to be the right size exchanged they sent a pair of pants with a size tag ripped out and a new one with the size they were supposed to be re sewn in. The pants actually measured 2 sizes smaller. Contacted them and they admitted they were labeled wrong. I sent them back and they resent another pair again with a tag ripped out and re sewn in this time 1 size smaller. This company is shady and impossible to get the size you order! I have sent them pictures the pants with tags clearly ripped out and re sewn in. It is clearly deliberate and I’ve never dealt with anything so shady from a company!

Contrary to this company’s reply to my review, I am still waiting for my refund. So my review stays the same,,,, horrible company that can not be trusted!!

I feel like I should just have my paycheck sent to the hippie shake! There are so many items I still want to buy from them and already have quite a few of their items in my wardrobe. The delivery time is excellent and so quick. The quality of all the items I have bought have been good and I am always sure to get so many comments and compliments in a hippie shake outfit! I have had to send a couple of items back in the past and this has been am ready and straightforward process from the UK. I think that some sizing isn't great, mainly with trousers and it would be good if they could offer the trousers is short, regular and long leg as I have quite long legs and I love the trousers but they do often swing around the ankles which is unfortunate. But I will continue to be shopping here because they are beautiful clothing!

Absolutely in love with my Angelina, penny lane style coat and red baker hat! :) These are my new favorite additions to my wardrobe. The quality is outstanding, and I feel like I’m living in the 70’s.
Shipping was really fast as well!

I absolutely love the cloth and it is great to find a brand making these kind of pieces in bigger sizes+ quality and style are amazing
