It was a really helpful and informative visit to explain how much my old phone was worth and explained exactly what was going to happen !! I then had a follow up call to say the money had been put into my account It was a real pleasure to have someone so nice to serve me.

I was served by Arlo, who was very helpful and accommodating considering my request was a bit unusual (a soldering repair job). All round excellent service.

got quote from several phone repair businesses in the area, this was by far the most helpful and actually was the cheapest as well!

Would have used them anyway because of their manner, they actually enjoy the work they do - even though they were obvious phone boffins they still managed to talk to everyday english to the uninitiated! really lovely customer service!

have used them before and they were just as superb, so they are consistently good!

Arlo at the ilab was absolutely amazing. Took in my Xbox controller on the off chance they could repair it and they did a fantastic job which saved me buying a new one. Would highly recommend them to anyone who has any tech that might need looking at.

Wow I had smashed the screen went to ilab for a quote, very competitive I chose their premium service as it included a lifetime warranty and also a tempered glass screen protector, I left my phone there for an hour and it was restore to perfection, I really can’t rate these lads high enough, thank you guys 5* service.

Excellent customer service - I brought my iPad in to sell and after offering me a lower price than I had seen elsewhere, I explained this to them and they matched the price! Then took my details and was told I would receive a call once it had passed the checks, 15 mins later and they are calling me with the good news and received the money in my bank within the hour. My family has always used these guys and will definitely be using again in the future 👍
