Frank, being a professionally trained teacher, has got the ability to break complex things down so it is very digestible and surprisingly easy to understand and retain.

One very good character trait in Frank, is that he never leave the question in-answered, even it means stopping the flow of his topic presentation. I am very grateful and 100% appreciative for this alone!
