Just had a morning seminar with Frank and he is awesome in sharing how one can invest smartly instead of the traditional way

I had a session with Frank and it was fun, amazing and great. I have learnt the difference between the ways of acquiring properties via traditional vendors and via motivated vendors.

Frank thought me how to quickly grow my property portfolio without the restrictions of traditional property purchases. Great insights out of everyday thinking.

Recently returned from the One Life Retreat and what an experience, fantastic setting, excellent content and very well delivered and supported by an excellent support team. We often neglect to spend time on ourselves, this time allowed us to think and explore more about us and our 'One Life' from Yoga and mindfulness to writing to ourselves and being encouraged to be vulnerable.

All this created an excellent environment to grow, guided by Aran we delicately took time to understand our values and what drives us, eventually leaving with our own unique life plan. An excellent trip which I would highly recommend.

I didn’t think I was capable of getting so much out of the retreat so it was fabulous to find I loved it. A lot of hard work but no pain no gain. Lots of deep probing questions that required much self reflection and honesty, vulnerability and openness.
The One Life team were wonderful. They are so warm and friendly and work hard to ensure everything goes to plan.
I would recommend the retreat to anyone wanting to grow and discover their true self whilst having plenty of fun and laughter.

This was a very well organised retreat and it was an amazing experience . The hotel was fantastic and the staff super helpful .

I signed up for what I thought was a £1 online property event, but it turned out to be an in-person seminar somewhere in England. I didn’t attend, and about a week later, I was charged £99 as a “no-show penalty.” This charge wasn’t clearly explained at the time of booking, and when I contacted them, I was told it was in the terms and conditions — but let’s be honest, most people don’t expect to be charged £99 for missing a £1 event.

This feels like a clever way to make money off people who don’t attend, rather than delivering value through actual property education. I've attended a few of Frank’s courses in the past, but after this experience, I’ve lost trust. I’ll be staying away in future — and I’ll be warning others in the property community too.

However, it has become patently clear to me that Aran is not only a highly successful and active property investor, but also someone who genuinely enjoys helping others grow, whether through technical property education or through personal development and mindset coaching.

In summary, I would highly recommend Aran to anyone serious about becoming a successful property investor.
