Feels like a scam
I got an offer with first month free with the app. I thought that was nice and I could really check if this works well with me. When I subscribed I was charged monthly payment immediately and customer service only told that there sorry about the disappointment and that refund is not an option. What a total disappointment!

Terrible experience
I have had a terrible experience. It wasn’t clear that I signed up for Walking Yoga app. It seemed to me that it was a free offer with purchase of the Lasting Change book. I was wrong and very surprised to see a $320 charge for annual fee on my card. They are refusing to credit me saying terms were clear. They were not clear, and even if they were, $320 annual fee is extremely excessive for an app such as this. Warning to all to not purchase. I believe it’s a money grab as I have discovered from online reviews.
I hope my review helps others before they lose such a sum of money.

Hidden subscription fees
I purchased the book but then found out I was being charged for a subscription I didn’t sign up for. There is no record of this subscription, no confirmation emails, nothing to log into to see or manage the subscription.
They were very unhelpful when I raised this issue with them and have refused a refund.
It is only now I have read various other reviews saying the same. Do not trust this company or buy anything from them!

I reached out because I really wanted to cancel my subscription and I wanted a refund for what had been charged this morning since I hadn’t used it in many months. Nora politely explained that since it was a digital product, there could be no refund which I appreciated the explanation. This is about my experience with Nora, which was a 5 however, I still feel like you could look into my plan and see that I haven’t utilized it in many months and process the refund, but that’s not Nora’s fault.

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this company.
After I had already cancelled my subscription, I received an email confirming that no further payments would be taken. However, somehow a new subscription was activated without my knowledge. Now, almost a year later, €211.49 has suddenly been charged from my account without my consent.
I have not placed any new orders and have not used the app since cancelling my subscription. I have contacted customer service and requested proof and clarification regarding this charge, but I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution.
I am sharing my experience so that other customers are aware and regularly check their subscriptions and bank statements. In my opinion, this situation is unacceptable and should never happen.
I hope this issue will be resolved quickly, professionally, and fairly.

SCAM ALERT!!!
SCAM ALERT!!! I thought I was buying a BOOK - and an expensive book at that but the ads were deceiving and preying on people's vulnerabilities.
And then I found recurring charges on my card, from a company named UAB MEDICAL SCORE - £24.99 and for 2 months I had been trying to figure out what kind of service this was as I never got an email with this name, so all my searches in my inbox were not coming up with anything. I contacted the bank and they weren't able to give me the name of the subscription. And finally I literally looked at all the dates and all the charges and found out it was this book - turns out they had some app, which I never downloaded or registered. They say it was a clear subscription process, which it wasn't. I never subscribed for any app services, never even logged in. In fact I just downloaded your app, to see if I could cancel through the app, but it confirms that they recognise the email but no registration is found.
Definitely scammy and best case cheeky. If it was a genuine company trying to do good, and EARN their income, they would be more clear about the charges. I should have looked at all other reviews.
