Lasting Change - Appalling, Terrible, Scammer, Do Not Purchase
SCAM ALERT. Please do NOT purchase from this company, Lasting Change. I thought it was a legitimate product, physical book. I purchased the personalised book, which I received, I also purchased an additional 4 books from “self growth bundle”, which never arrived in the delivery. After following up with the company, apparently they were ebooks, which I was not aware of at the time of purchase and very misleading.
In addition, after following up this issue an additional payment has been taken from account $46.79, unauthorised my me. This company can not be trusted.

Waste of money. Not what is advertised. Would not get again!
Update: I have sent multiple emails to the email they provided and they have done nothing to help. They say there is nothing they can do due to the customization of the book. My best advice to everyone is don’t waste your time and money. And if you do, don’t expect them to help you after because they don’t.

Buyer beware
Book was ok, but I ordered a tangible book and not a continually billing of something online. After I paid for the book and received it I was still billed continually around $32 and didnt even notice for months later. When I asked them about it they were like too bad. Buyer beware about being hooked into a subscription

Following my order for the book Lasting Change, I have just noticed additional charges on my credit card made after the purchase.
This is a shameful practice and a lack of transparency that is, unfortunately, still widespread among many online companies accessible through our online platforms…
Is there perhaps a class-action lawsuit specifically targeting this practice by the company Lasting Change Panevezys Ltu? Please let me know.
As for the book, it’s adequate, nothing more, and definitely overpriced.
It’s a compilation of best practices already published in numerous books on the subject.
The interesting aspect would be the practical organization of the learning material to stimulate reflection and prompt action.
Also, it would be beneficial for the French version to be proofread by a professional translator to correct spelling and vocabulary and thus avoid mistranslations. The content is generally acceptable despite several obvious typos that undermine the book’s credibility.
Pour donner suite à la commande de mon livre Lasting Change, je viens de prendre connaissance de prélèvements supplémentaires sur ma carte de crédit subséquents à l’achat.
Une pratique honteuse et un manque de transparence malheureusement encore répandue chez plusieurs entreprises web accessibles sur nos plateformes en ligne…
Peut-être existe-t-il un recours collectif spécifiquement sur cette pratique de l’entreprise Lasting Change Panevezys Ltu? Merci de m’en informer.
Concernant le livre, il est correct, sans plus et définitivement trop chers.
Il s’agit d’un condensé des meilleures pratiques déjà publiées dans de multiples livres sur le sujet.
Le point intéressant serait l’organisation concrète des apprentissages pour créer des réflexions et prendre actions.
Aussi, il serait bénéfique que la version francophone soit corrigée par un vrai traducteur afin de mettre à niveau l’orthographe, le vocabulaire et éviter ainsi les traductions erronées. Le contenu est généralement acceptable malgré plusieurs coquilles évidentes qui discrédite le sérieux de l’ouvrage.

Hidden Subscription!
I bought this journal in January as a new year project but have since been charged a monthly charge for a subscription that I had no idea I was signing up for! I couldn't cancel it, because I had no record of signing up for it, and hadn't downloaded an app or anything. I contacted the company and they cancelled it for me but said I couldn't have a refund because I had agreed to it (although they didn't provide the proof I asked for.) It's a real shame because anyone buying a journal like this does so to improve their mental health, and feel less stressed, and being made to feel like you've been scammed by the company that produces it does somewhat spoil that!!!
