I would not recommend this lawn pack. I carefully followed all of the instructions, completed all of the recommended preparation beforehand, and did everything possible to give the product the best chance of working. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any significant improvement in my grass.
What disappointed me most was the “money-back guarantee.” When I contacted customer service to make a claim, they came up with multiple excuses to avoid honouring the guarantee and refused to refund my money. A guarantee should mean exactly that, not come with unexpected reasons to deny a claim.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before purchasing.

Mixed feelings about the lawn pack.

I got the 100 sqm pack for our lawn, applied it in early spring. As I look out of the window now - it looks great.

But....

Through the course of spring, the results from the Lawn Pack were not that dramatic. And yes, I followed the instructions to the letter, with scarifying and aerating, plus a bulk bag of top soil for good measure. I then added multiple packs of additional seed (not from Lawn Pack), and multiple packs of fertiliser. On reflection, it was *those*, the prep, the daily watering and the hard work that probably created the results. I'm sure the Lawn Pack helped a bit - but probably not to a huge “insta-worthy” degree.

Next year, would I buy it again? Probably not. I'm more likely to go through the standard cycle of scarifying, aerating, seed/topsoil/fertliser and daily watering.

I just the team at the Gardener's world open day at the NEC. I received some promotional codes from the show to use on my first order. Unfortunately the codes wouldn't work. I contacted the team via their chat. Through a number of polite informative emails I was able to resolve the problem with them and place my order with the appropriate promotions. The team were very responsive and kept me informed of the steps I needed to take. I am now awaiting my product and looking forward to a miss free greener lawn! X

Incredibly disappointed with both this grass seed and the company’s customer service. After contacting them about the patchy, uneven growth in my lawn, I was met with generic excuses. They tried to claim "over-application" was the issue, but the seed was applied perfectly evenly. This wasn't user error; it was simply defective seed.
​After looking closer at their other negative reviews, I realized this is their standard business model: send out a list of defensive questions to avoid taking any liability or offering refunds.
​It is incredibly short-sighted. For the sake of a few pounds worth of grass seed, they have permanently lost what would have been a returning customer. If this is how they treat people, customers will gladly take their business elsewhere.
​Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind their product.
​Bottom line: One-time customer, never returning. Good luck with that business model.
