I've been extremely impressed with the customer service from The Lawn Pack.

I had quite a few questions about renovating and overseeding my lawn, including how to incorporate products I already had, the timing of my subscription, and the best way to use their seed, fertiliser, biostimulant and mycorrhizal enhancer together. Caleb took the time to provide detailed, personalised replies rather than generic responses, explaining not only what to do but also why.

What stood out was the willingness to help me build a complete plan around my specific situation. Every follow-up question was answered clearly, including product sequencing, application timing, establishment periods, ongoing maintenance, and even adjusting my subscription schedule to better suit the renovation timeline.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that is genuinely knowledgeable about its products and prepared to provide practical advice rather than simply trying to sell more items. The support has given me much more confidence in the renovation process, and I now have a clear plan to follow over the coming weeks.

I have purchased many items on line and often was disappointed. The lawnpack was not one of those products. I had no grass whatsoever due to an infestation of leather jacket larvae. I was devastated. I have my mums 100th birthday coming up and thought id have to go artificial which i did not want to do. So as a last chance I purchased the lawnpack and on the 19th May I followed the instructions to the letter (most unlike me). Pure magic happened in the next 10 days. The pics are proof this works wonders.

The product was delivered on time and it had a clear guide with instructions on what to do on which date.
We have followed everything as described.
At the end of the timeline we could see a real improvement on the grass. The existing grass looked much healthier and shinny and the spot with no grass where almost fullfiled.
We had some issues in a couple of spots and inquired with the team for advice. The team promptly provided support.
We are looking to get more product for the from lawn and also subscribe to the seasonal maintenance packs.

I was given a lengthy and informative reply to my email. I feel confident that I can reach out with any issues I have with my lawn am reassured I will receive an informative reply. I am pleased with the results of the lawn pack so far, but have a little more work to do to reach my final goal. Many thanks for your advice.

Great product & results so far + very helpful with obtaining extra product for bare patches.

Excellent product and advice every time.

Spent days preparing the lawn and adding top soil but none of the seed has germinated I’m just left with weeds and patchy old grass. Emailed but didn’t even get a reply so nothing left to do but leave bad reviews unfortunately

Can’t recommend this product, it obviously works for some but didn’t for me so now faced with spending more money and time to get the lawn looking right.

Amazing results in 6 weeks. From a muddy mess to a carpet a premier league grounds keeper would be proud of!

I bought the Lawn Pack to repair my very damaged lawn. It was simple to use and worked really well. They are happy to provide really useful advice if you have any questions.

The lawn pack was promptly delivered and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Shoots appeared in the second week and by week 4 as promised the lawn had thickened out. Still mowing at a high cut and the weather a bit hot for the lawn. After sales service is excellent. I have recommended the pack to several people and have signed up to the season’s subscription. Well done team

Pretty gutted. Nearly £80 and absolutely no evidence of any improvement or new grass at all. Followed the instructions to a T watered every day, 3 weeks later and if anything new weeds popping through. Not sure if I got duff seeds, but bare patches, still bare.

I wish they would deliver half of their promise.
Waist of money not better than any other products and 5 times more expensive...

Website is great and very informative. I decided to order on previous ratings on numerous sites. I had an issue with the delivery company who damaged the parcel beyond repair. I emailed the lawn pack and within the hour I had a new order on the way. Very happy with the communications. Once I sort my leather jacket problem in the next few weeks I will start my transformation of my lawn. The literature included in the pack is very clear and I can't wait to see the difference.
