Easy website to navigate and check out from. My BBQ arrived well packaged and very quickly. The Lotus Grill BBQ itself is brilliant, incredibly pleased with the purchase and service.

I placed an order yesterday (Sunday), realised I'd made an error and asked to cancel (at 6pm). I received confirmation this had been sorted at 10am this morning.

Really good customer service and I would happily shop here in the future.

Item arrived promptly, in good condition and was excellent value. It took a few days to dispatch, but with the bank holiday, that was to be expected.

Can't comment on the product yet. But delivery said 1-2 days, and I still haven't received it 9 days later. Hence the poor rating. I bought it through the website because of the short delivery time hoping to be able to use this weekend :(

Delivery of Hunter boots, opened up the packaging to find one boot defective, cracked, and also a different colour.
I have called the contact number and no response, also no reply from email?

They have responded and promised a full refund.

Exactly what I was looking for and so helpful AND reasonably priced

Very bad experience. Waist of money! I have never had to write a bad review like this before. I am appalled by the state the items I ordered arrived in and also there is one item missing. I have emailed the company the moment I ordered the package which is now 5 days ago and heard nothing back! There is no telephone to call. The items arrived in the state which you would expect from used items. Paper box wrinkled and so were other cardboard bits of packaging. The Wellington boots had spots of what looks like dirt on them. I ordered 2 wellies fixing set, ordered and paid for and only one arrived. This is a fraudulent behaviour. Avoid.

It took a bit longer for the parcel to arrive, but apart from that it was all good, the package was very nice presented with all the details and the procure matched the expectations.
