Ordered a £350 shower tray. Shower tray arrived and we kept it wrapped until we could get it fitted to avoid damaging.
When we eventually had it fitted, we found it damaged. We were only offered a 20% discount on a replacement despite the fact this had obviously been damaged in transit. Very disappointing. Will not buy again from this company

I looked everywhere for a suitable bath tray to fit my recently fitted free standing bath and could not find one suitable. I was about to give up and by chance I came across the Bailey bath tray shown in the catalogue. Although rather expensive the quality was exceptional and had concealed adjustments to fit most baths.
Very pleased with customer service and would not hesitate to use the Luxury Bathroom Company again.

Fantastic customer service, found the information provided incredibly helpful and then a conversation with an incredibly knowledgable and helpful team member reassured me that this was the right company to purchase our stone bath through even without seeing it in person. Delivery was arranged on time and we couldn’t be happier with the quality!

Good quality shower tray and basin. I love the waste fitting. It has a little basket which gathers all the hair and is sooo easy to clean. I got the Lawry shower tray. Good communication and prompt delivery. The basin is mat stone and looks wonderful and also easy to clean.

Ensure you have adequate help arranged yourself to get the bath into your property. A failed delivery cost gets passed into the customer which is worth being aware of because the stone baths are very heavy. I received a personal call off Faye to arrange delivery date etc which was great but unfortunately the very helpful gentleman who delivered the bath had no way of getting it off the truck. Even if we’d said drop it curb-side he couldn’t have achieved this with the equipment he had. Luckily I had 5 men there who took it off the van even though they aren’t supposed to do this. The company need to look more closely at method of delivery to ensure it is adequate.
I would also suggest the website makes the challenges around getting such a heavy bath into your house more transparent
