Had a cowboy builder unbeknownst to me fitted a rubbish shower tray and didn't level properly. Only two trays on line matched dimensions, didn't really want to order on line without seeing. Took a gamble and ordered. Absolutely delighted with quality, delivery and price.

We ordered a stone resin bath, basin and taps from the Luxury Bath Company for a complete bathroom renovation. We found these items to be of high quality at a competitive price. We contacted the company several times for information about the items and their delivery and received very prompt and helpful responses. Communication from the pallet company was not great which is pretty unhelpful when receiving very heavy items to be left kerbside but staff at the Luxury Bath Company liaised with them and got the right information to us. Overall, excellent items and excellent service.

Good comms delivered exactly as promised

I stumbled across this company on Google search, looking for bath cushion and bath tray. They definitely had the two things I needed.
I ordered on a Saturday evening and they arrived safely Monday morning by courier

Extremely disappointed with this company and the product I received. I ordered the Haydon freestanding basin in June. Unfortunately there was a delay to my bathroom project starting, so it remained unboxed and in the original packaging until last week (I believed this to be the safest option). Upon opening the box, I discovered chips all along the bottom of the unit. I contacted customer services who have told me that I should have opened and checked it whilst the courier was with me - this was not an option given to me; in fact the courier seemed in a rush to deliver and leave as soon as possible. I have not been offered a refund or replacement, just a repair kit. I do not expect to have to repair a basin, let alone before it is even installed! I was hoping my new basin would give my bathroom the wow factor, but instead it will be an eyesore! I will not be using this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Luxury service to match, ordered the stone Resin bath on a Tuesday and was delivered the next day, this is an expensive service but worth every penny. The quality of the bath is excellent, delivered on a pallet with a topper, inside is a timber frame protecting the bath rim.

Emails were answered the same day and the phone call I had was quick , easy and the agent had a good understanding of the product.

Wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again 10/10

Only downside was finding 3 other people to help lift the bath up a spiral staircase.

Good delivery services. We got a call from the company to confirm the delivery date, and then another email to confirm the delivery time which is easy and convenient to arrange. Of course the shower tray that we ordered is in great quality.
