I recently purchased a watch from the Luxury Hut. Really great service. The watch arrived promptly on the agreed delivery date and it was beautifully and securely packaged. The condition of the watch was perfect and as described. The updates and communication from the team at Luxury Hut was great too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing service from the first time I got in contact, right until after I received my items. I received a courtesy call a week after delivery, to make sure I was happy.
Cheryl is wonderful, she’s helpful & attentive. It was as if I was buying in store, nothing was too much trouble. My items are absolutely stunning. So much so, the ring I purchased is too big for me but I love it so much, I had to keep it even though they offer a 14day return period.
They both came beautifully packaged & in a very secure, sturdy box.
Ive always hesitated to buy pre loved jewellery as it’s hard to trust anyone when theres lots of fakes out there but I can honestly say I feel I can trust The Luxury Hut & would definitely recommend them.
I’m looking forward to purchasing from them again!
