How to sell a watch in no time
Sold a Rolex Yacht-Master through The Luxury Hut and the whole experiece was effortless. From making the initial enquiry through to receiving the money - which was inline with the price they quoted me - was less than 48 hours.
Raj was quick to respond to all my communications and kept me informed throught the whole process. Highly recommended for a hassle-free way to sell a watch, and will use them again in the future.

Spoke with Cheryl about a Rolex Daydate on Wednesday afternoon. She was supper efficient and we were able to agree a fantastic price. Paid for the watch.
The Luxury Hut shipped the watch the next day and I received it on Friday.
Beautiful watch exactly as described.

An absolutely first-class experience from start to finish; this is how the purchase of a luxury watch should go. A smiley reception from Cheryl and an enjoyable purchase with Jack, who was genuine, knowledgeable, not to say good chat besides. Owner Nerya was first-class also and further gave me a very fair price on my Rolex Datejust OP.

Although I own a large and really rather chi-chi watch collection, I cannot remember a more satisfying watch purchase experience.

Cartier bangle
I was fortunate enough to come across an immaculate Juste Un Clou Cartier bangle in rose gold in the size I wanted at an amazing price, whilst a lot of jewellers are charging higher prices than the actual stores!
Cheryl was an absolute star, she looked after me throughout the experience, with calls and texts.
The bangle was delivered in a beautifully packaged box that kept the item safe from any damage that may occur through shipping.
I cannot recommend the Luxury Hut enough, I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

Cartier Small Love Bracelet Screwdriver
I bought a Cartier Small Love Bracelet and although I’m pleased with the bracelet I was disappointed that they sent me an unbranded screwdriver when the description was original Cartier screwdriver. I asked them for a Cartier screwdriver and they sent me another unbranded screwdriver and if I wasn’t happy to send the bracelet back as they sold it too cheaply! You can buy replacement Cartier screwdrivers from Cartier, that is what they should have done instead of trying to fob me off with a copy. I won’t deal with them again as I’m only interested in genuine products.

We’re disappointed to see your review, as we feel we did a lot to try and keep you satisfied with your purchase. Our description does not state that the bangle comes with a Cartier screwdriver, but we provided one for you as requested. When you raised concerns about it's genuinity, we explained that not all Cartier screwdrivers are engraved — only the newer versions are — and unfortunately, we did not have a spare of that type available at the time.
We also advised that online sources are not always entirely accurate, and to reassure you further, we sent another screwdriver at no extra cost. Despite this, you still felt it was not satisfactory. At that point, we kindly reminded you that you were welcome to return the bangle for a full refund if you were not completely happy.
We genuinely believe you received a very good deal, as the bracelet was sold with a significant discount, but we always want our customers to feel fully confident in their purchases. We regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations on this occasion and wish you all the best for the future.
