Same experience as others.
Poor quality goods, not as described, return address given in Netherlands but package returned at customs.
Max 40% refund offered which I suspect I won't get anyway.
AVOID!

After 2 months of them mucking about and giving me the wrong returns address and offering me a 20% refund of which I refused as I paid £39.95 for a tracksuit which had the labels removed/cut out and was of such poor quality I doubt it was worth £9.95 I told them I was going to seek a refund via my bank as I had 32 emails and proof I had returned the parcel to an address in Holland for them to refuse the return and send it back to me I am happy to say the very next day they refunded me in full direct to my bank account. Please do not waste your time or money at this shop

This so called company should be stopped from trading. They do not have stock it's simply cheap sweat shop goods direct to you from China at inflanted prices. If you receive a faulty good or the wrong size they will offer you a % refund (if you are lucky) - if you refuse and pay to return it they will not accept it from customs and you will get the product returned to you. A total scam. I have notified Trading Standards UK and everyone else should do the same. If enough people complain to Visa and Mastercard and seek recompense from them they will blacklist the company.

Exactly the same as other reviews. Ordered mid December - not delivered, a prompting email then sent - delivered mid January, packed like a mattress roll (jacket and shirt) - poor quality (no label or care instructions even - asked for return and refund - offered 20% discount, and for the environment - persist on return and refund - post it to China! - have raised charge back

Clearly trying to masquerade as a UK business. Email reply by "Grace" and "Lisa" (for the company based in China, obviously common names there...).

Website is down today, but very clearly a scam.

Absolute scammers, pathetic quality clothes.
Don't waste your time returning clothes, as they will refuse it at the other end.

FAKE! After over a month; the product arrived and was NOTHING LIKE the photo or description. All of the tags were cut out of the clothing as well. I’ve asked to refund again and again and they are refusing to let me return the items. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

this is one of those scam websites that ships from China. It took more than a month to get a delivery for a sweatshirt valued at just under £35. They got the address wrong so it was attempted to be delivered to the wrong place. I noticed this and updated the details and it finally arrived.
First thing I noticed was that the label had been cut out and there were no other labels or anything saying what the fabric was, how to wash, et cetera.
There was a handprint on the front of the sweatshirt which was black. Some kind of dust.
The material was unknown, but yet some kind of synthetic really cheap and nasty.
I’m writing this to warn other people. Complete scam. Didn’t answer any emails that I sent to their customer service address. Avoid.

I wanted to return items but I have had zero response in weeks. I should have done better checks. Lesson learnt amd never again.

Update...

15 minutes after writing this review The Men's Room UK website has become unavailable. I sent a message through their customer support page only 5 minutes before writing this review... I have either been blocked or they have shut down this particular online shop... Hopefully the latter...

I ordered two pairs of shorts for Christmas. They arrived late. I ordered size 38 inch waist. The items I received were size 35 inches. The quality of these shorts were extremely poor...

When I attempted to get these items returned. They refused to pay return postage. I sent a total of 30 emails trying to get a solution... To no avail... I am now over £50 poorer because of these fraudsters...

This company are doing wrong and failing with regards their service and customer service. They lie or at least imply a lie. Their return address is in Holland.

Do not buy from this scam Chinese factory. Their website states that it is part of Ralph Loren but it is obviously not. The order took nearly four weeks to arrive and was absolute junk. They have ignored many emails from me and just today I received an email offering 20% or a complicated address in China to send it back to. I have put a claim in to Barclaycard.

Please DO NOT order from this site, it is a SCAM. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The product was ordered for a Christmas present, arrived after Christmas. The quality was so poor. I emailed to return to receive replies, offering a small refund, which was an insult. I eventually returned following their procedure, of which was not as stated in their Terms & Conditions. It cost be £15 to return. I sent the evidence, showing the package and slip from Post Office, they said they could not view the attachments. This was 6 weeks ago and to-date I have received no refund and no replies to future emails sent. Absolute shocking.

Ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas, took a month to come and arrived Christmas Eve in which I had bought an additional item. Jacket didn't fit - sleeves were 4" short, quality was poor, advertised as a wax jacket but no way it did represent a wax jacket. Asked to returned it, wanted to give me a 10% refund £5, increased to 20% £10. I returned it to the address they supplied in the Netherlands costing an additional £15 and it has just been returned to me stating item refused!!

Purchased a 2XL coat 20Dec24, was packaged as a 3XL but definitely not even an 1XL - super small. The word Outdoor was stitched on the arm backwards as well. Took 2 weeks to arrive 02Jan25... .
Same as previous people have said, tried emailing to get refund, was offered 20% then 30% then after refusing they gave me a Netherlands return address same as on their website. Cost me £13.45 to send it back on 14Jan25, was stuck in their customs for over a week or two then arrived back with me on 15Feb25! Little sticker on it saying Refused.
I also sent chaser emails asking for updates etc and just got ghosted.
I've since contacted my bank to raise a chargeback request. Hopefully get my £44.95 back but i'll still be down £13.45 postage!

Unfortunately I have only seen these reviews after purchasing for Christmas.
The product came 2 weeks late and the shirt was basically paper. I have sent several emails to return. When i had no response I posted it myself to the online address mentioned in the returns policy. I am yet to receive any refund and they have completely ghosted me

Worst quality clothing I have ever bought. Not even 1 item i recieved looks anything like the picture. Do not buy anything from here... they seriously need to go out of buisness

Hindsight is a wonderful thing and how I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase from this bunch of absolute charlatans. The jacket I ordered came late, was of criminally poor quality and was the wrong size. After several games of email tug-of-war with them offering me ever increasing partial refunds from 10% to a final 40%, all of which I rejected, was given the return address in Enschede, Holland. Sadly I fell for the three card trick as of course the address is a sham, so more money down the drain. This shower of scoundrels will even try to shame you into not returning your awful merchandise by claiming they want to avoid global pollution, this coming from a company who ship their goods from China, oh the irony. Avoid at all costs - these people are bandits and thieves.
