It can be tricky navigating the best mortgage deals on the market and finding the right company to help you, but we can’t fault The Mortgage Mentors. They were thorough, clear and extremely helpful from the first phone call. Chris patiently explained all of our possible scenarios and was approachable throughout the process. When handing over to his colleague, Nasreen, she continued to provide fantastic service. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We used The Mortgage Mentors for the purchase of our property and we simply could not have done it without them. Initially contacted by Chris who was able to provide an excellent mortgage deal based on our situation. Chris and Nasreen have been superb, supporting us throughout the purchase. They have been professional, pro-active and polite and were always available by telephone or email when we had a query. Great advice from Jack at the mortgage mentors. He was thorough when explaining things to me. There were a few moving parts in my situation and Jack was knowledgeable about the process I would be best off going through even to the point of pointing me in the direction of my existing lender as they may have been able to provide me benefits a new lender may not have been able to. Definitely a safe pair of hands and would reach out to again in the future. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Always on the ball and proactive - which is rare to see these days! Going through the whole mortgage process can be a daunting experience, however not with Jack, Chris and Naz. Nothing is too much trouble and they truly get their hands dirty often beyond the call of duty.

Chris Hall has been amazing throughout my whole mortgage process. Before being told about the Mortgage Mentors I was let down by numerous other brokers and independent mortgage advisors. I was signposted to The Mortgage Mentors through my bank who referred me to the Unbiased website. The Unbiased team then placed me in contact with The Mortgage Mentors. From there I was contacted by Chris who listened to the information I had and what I had found to be poorly impacting my journey to getting a mortgage. Throughout he has reassured me and explained the whole process. It was due to Chris’s previous work with shared ownership mortgages and him being able to speak with lenders directly about the issues impacting my journey which at last got me my final mortgage offer. Chris always had time to listen to my questions and went the extra mile in contacting me out of hours to ensure my mortgage was obtained as fast as possible. I now have a mortgage and hope to have the keys to my new first home soon. When Chris obtained a lender for me I was then left in the capable hands of Nasreen who chased up the lender for their answers along with letting me know of any paperwork that was required from me. Nasreen is still liaising with my solicitor and the lender so that the process goes through as fast and as smoothly as possible. The service Chris and Nasreen has provided me has been excellent and I will be looking to use then again in the future when I need to review my mortgage. I cannot praise them enough for helping me get my mortgage as soon as was possible due to the time constraint on the house I wished to purchase.
