Jack and Naz provided exceptional support throughout what turned out to be a longer and more complex remortgage process than we anticipated.

At every stage, they were both informative and reassuring, which helped ease our concerns. From the beginning, Jack took the time to understand our financial situation, our needs, and both our short- and long-term goals regarding our mortgage. He successfully secured us a new mortgage at a lower rate than we could find elsewhere, and we also benefit from the added flexibility of having a portable product. This means that even though we have fixed our mortgage for an additional five years, our short-term goal of moving properties in the next two years remains achievable.

Jack is incredibly knowledgeable and has addressed all the questions I raised, no matter how trivial I thought they might be.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough

I’ve never left a review before but feel the need to so for Jack and Naz. I thought I didn’t have a lot of options for getting a mortgage due to my circumstances however I was totally wrong. Jack has been absolutely amazing, honestly 10/10. He’s answered all my questions and reservations I’ve had and managed to secure me a mortgage deal with the monthly payments I wanted. He’s taken his time to understand what I need and managed to do exactly that, he is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. Naz has kept me updated during the mortgage application process and has been so helpful. I really appreciate everything that they’ve done for me so far and I would hands down recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a mortgage. Definitely worth 5 stars and more!

Chris and Naz were superb. Patient in the early phases with my questions, dynamic when they needed to be, kept an eye on market movements before exchange and completion and kept up the pressure to see a successful purchase. Wl be going back when our fixed rate deal comes to an end.
