Saved me and the Wife nearly 10K, really pleased, good service.

Honest, friendly, clear, efficient, responsive, attentive, tailored, etc.. I think you get the idea. The Mortgage Mentors, in particular Chris and Nasreen, should be an example for everyone in the industry to show what an outstanding service looks like. My partner and I have used them as first time buyers and they have supported and guided us through the entire process incredibly well. We could not believe how seamless it has been with them and are so grateful that we have them by our side for the first purchase of our home. 5 stars is simply not enough so please assume this is 100!

Absolutely fantastic…Jack and Naz have been brilliant. Jack was recommended to us by a family member and we’re glad he was! We had a bit of a hiccup as the house is complicated but Jack resolved this easily. Naz has also been nudging the sale along too which is hugely appreciated.
They’re both really responsive to our questions and it’s been minimal stress.

This is one of the only reviews I’ve ever written because I feel it is well deserved! I called Chris last month as our mortgage was due for renewal, it was safe to say we were panicking because of the current situation and also our own personal circumstances being not so straightforward (we previously had to pay a much higher interest rate due to personal circumstances) We had already been declined by a major high street lender through another mortgage broker, when I called Chris I had very little faith we would get a good deal with any high street lender. I can’t explain how helpful, knowledgeable and professional Chris was, it was almost too good to be true. He knew absolutely everything that was needed to get us the best deal possible. To my amazement he got us a mortgage with the lender we got refused from previously, we also didn’t need to pay a higher interest rate which I expected due to our circumstances. It was so straightforward and stress free, he really did make us feel completely at ease from start to finish. I urge anyone who thinks they can’t get a mortgage or who thinks they will have to pay a higher interest rate to contact the Mortgage Mentors, they helped us immensely.

Jack and Naz provided a great service, they were very helpful from the start. They quickly provided us with the best options for our re-mortgage and swiftly got the process started once we had chosen the best option for us. They made sure we were all completed before Christmas which meant we could relax for the festive period. We will definitely be using them again the future. Thank you.

Chris and Nasreen were amazing throughout the entire mortgage application and house-buying process. From our first call with Chris, he was attentive, courteous and sensitive to our needs, prioritising great advice and customer service. Chris was transparent throughout the process and helped put us both at ease with his advice and his quick responses helped us secure a good mortgage offer very quickly. Once Chris had done his part Nasreen took over and helped get everything sorted out, communicating with our solicitor and lender. Chris and Nasreen were the highlight of the house-buying process and were always on hand to answer our questions no matter how silly they sounded or how obvious the answer was. Chris is remarkable in providing relevant & detailed advice while Naz helped me with the end-to-end process. Jack really has offered exemplary service. My personal circumstances changed very quickly and Jack had 48 hours before my mortgage renewal started to make a new application. Jack listened to my situation and offered all options on the table to discuss what was best for me. We came to a quick decision and the changes were made and agreed with all parties.

Within 2 weeks, we had secured our remortgage thanks to Jack and Naz. I have been a little apprehensive given the current financial climate- and was dreading our remortgage, probably like most, but I honestly can’t fault these guys. They have been so attentive, and really supportive throughout the whole process. Worth every single penny, would definitely recommend and actually wouldn’t go anywhere else. Felt confident in Chris' knowlesge throughout, and was speedy with responses and the product we've secured was frankly amazing given what has been happening with interest rates. Not an exaggeration to say that Jack and Naz have "gone the extra mile," and then some, to help us with our self-build and subsequent remortgage over the last couple of years. In turbulent markets with specialist products and ever-inflating build costs on our part, they have been a constant voice of calm and positivity and have always come through with the goods despite many a twist and turn on the way, and goodness knows how many email exchanges! Always reassuring and clear in explanations, and true professionals. Recommended!
