The transport company who I always have problema with REFUSES to come into the lift to deliver my parcel. Says he cant deliver to my door. This is a first NEW LOW from this company.

Day 28 and I feel great
The food tastes much better than other TFR companies I had tried previously. Just read my previous comment to see how I make my packs. You don’t have to have the savoury packs at lunch and dinner. I woke up feeling like I needed something a little more substantial this morning so I had the spaghetti bolognaise for breakfast like a boss 😎 learn the do’s and don’t of the diet plan and make it your own. I’ve been on this plan for 28 days today and I am on chemotherapy drugs and immunosuppressants which re-wire my immune system. The packs have helped to curb my side effects and have taken out the stress of having to prepare, cook and wash up several times per day. I’m not weighing myself but I’ve lost a good dress size which is amazing.

I was already over 2 years ago on this diet and went down 17kg within 6 weeks. Now after two years, I went up within couple of months due to depression so I am back to this diet. I fully recommend it!!!

Don’t order the pots as they don’t smell or taste of the food that say they are.
First package I had was the starter pack mainly of milk shakes, some soups and a few meals in sachets. Most were fabulous and just a couple I wouldn’t order again. Second order I made was a top up of soups & porridges meals. Mainly all eaten. My latest order were the pots offer. Unfortunately all the pots I ordered, 2 flavours of porridges, lots of snacks for the odd occasion I get hungry. I also ordered some dinner savoury pots. Unfortunately I give ALL the pots nil points for flavour, so much so that I won’t be ordering them again. Full points for convenience, just fill with water mix well, wait 5 minutes then eat. Improve ALL the pot flavours and I may try again. Every sachet I’ve tried, most flavours I like and a few I don’t so when I order again I’ll know what I want to order. 5* for sachets & snacks - my 2 favourite snacks are the soya puffs & chocolate wafers (Maltesers & wavers are 2 of my favourites). Normally I would give 5*s but as I mainly ordered the pots on my last order, this is why I only give 1*.

Great choice of products
Great choice of products, well packaged and fast delivery. If you can stick to it then this diet really works for fast weight loss. The shaker is great for the cold drinks, no need to mess about with a blender, and leaves the shakes creamy and smooth. Cheapest vlcd I could find of this kind and the products are tasty enough, I now stick to my tried and tested favourites. It's a good re-set diet when binging gets out of hand, I've used it many times over the years to get me back on track to healthy eating.

Pleasantly surprised by the choice and value .
Been needing to get my backside in gear for awhile now with my weight. I need a knee replacement and have to lose some more weight to get the op done. This has been my motivation.
So I ordered a selection of items I thought I may like , 3 weeks worth, cost me £79. But that’s 3 meals a day and a snack for 3 weeks so good value I think. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick so started the following day. Started my journey on 3/5/26.
The shakes and the bars are my favourite so far. Not too keen on the chicken soup although I thought I’d like it. But have decided I can use it on a chicken breast with lots of veggies for a low calorie dinner when I make one.
Some I haven’t tried yet but so far so good and am very happy with how it’s going.
