The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Julz wanted to help others achieve their weight loss goals in the same way with one major difference – to provide the best experience possible while you work on creating the best ‘You’ possible. The New You Plan diet works on the same principle as other weight loss companies that offer a Total food replacement (TFR), Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) programmes. The excellence of our products is guaranteed by complying with the following regulations: Compliance with NICE clinical guidelines covering obesity and very low calorie diets. Compliance with EU Directive 2009/39/EC and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on foods intended for particular nutritional uses. We’re really pleased to hear you love the products, and we’re sorry your delivery felt longer than expected. We completely understand how disappointing it can be when you’re looking forward to receiving your order.
The delivery timeframes are based on working days after dispatch, so weekends aren’t included. As your order was placed after our courier collections had already gone out, and it left us the next working day.
Most parcels arrive within 1–3 working days once dispatched, though this can vary depending on the courier and delivery location. Some more remote areas, including UK islands and highland regions, may occasionally take a little longer.
