Such a beautiful gift, it exceeded my expectations. I brought this for my best friend for her birthday and it truly represents our friendship. It’s a lovely box and keepsake. I ordered this NoteCube as a special gift for my wife on her first Mother's Day as a Mom. The design and quality of the notes that I received are beyond my greatest expectations. The team at NoteCube was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. I highly recommend inviting your loved ones to join you in building a beautiful gift for someone important in your life.

My husband and I, along with our kids and brother-in-law, purchased this for our mom after my father-in-law passed away suddenly. She felt like the bottom fell out of her life and that everything that was a certainty before was now fleeting and temporary. We wanted her to know that we love her, we're proud of her and she amazes us daily with her grit and determination. It's the best gift I've ever given anyone. She reads the notes daily and treasures them. Henry in customer service was amazing. He helped me out from beginning to end. Highly recommend this product.

The NoteCube gift to my husband for his 80th birthday was here in plenty of time and came in a lovely, inscribed box with beautifully printed notes on high quality paper. It exceeded my expectations! And the customer service couldn't be better and for this Henry deserves a shout-out for all of his kind and patient care of me as I needed some help and answers to questions. All in all, it was a wonderful, pleasant experience to be a customer of this company. I am telling everyone who will listen just how pleased I was. And I will be a customer again when the opportunity presents itself to give a NoteCube to another person.

Oh my gosh - what an amazing company! The quality of the end product far exceeded my hopes and expectations. I created a NoteCube for my husband in honor of our 45th wedding anniversary and could not be more pleased. Purchased another NoteCube for our daughter's birthday and will be doing one for a friend's 60th birthday. Such a meaningful and personal gift! Customer service was super responsive regarding my many questions and when there was an issue with the exterior box, a replacement was sent immediately. Cannot say enough about how wonderful this company and staff is. If you're on the fence about ordering from NoteCube, do not hesitate. They set the gold standard on how to do business and I cannot recommend them enough!

Wish I could add more stars to this. I am over the moon with my notecube. Can't wait to give this. Communication service updates with postage etc outstanding. I have not received my notecube yet but I did receive someone else's by mistake. I reached out to customer service and got a reply back in less than 24 hours. Henry, who I think is the manager or owner was extremely apologetic and guaranteed that they will reprint my order and send it out immediately. Also, I noticed that I tried to upload pictures but I think something happened on my end, he paused my order so that I could retry and add the pictures again. Great customer service, great response time.

The product itself is of such a high quality and the perfect gift, especially for those very hard to buy for people that seem to have everything. Taking the time to reflect on what you love about someone is such a special gift!

Ordered the product and it came on time. Presented to my girlfriend during Valentine's Day dinner, and unfortunately she broke up with me during the meal. I requested a return/refund, company said they'd honor it, but I have to send it back. One problem: the company is in Australia, and shipping it back costs nearly as much as the gift itself! Pointless refund policy, literally more cost effective to use the cards as kindling for my fireplace.

I have to say I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the notecube I ordered for my husband was. I got him it for our wedding anniversary and the quality exceeded all my expectations. Needless to say the hubby loved it. Beautiful product that is such a lovely keepsake. So glad I ordered it. Would definitely recommend!

My wife's most favorite gift, even beats out the backpack blower (yes, she really did love that one!).

She loves how tailored the sentiments on each card are, relative to her. She is also being uncharacteristically patient and reading only one card a day. That says a lot.

I ordered a notecube on Feb 2 as a Valentine's Day gift. I paid over $20 extra for additional international express shipping. The package didn't reach my home until February 16...14 days later.... I tried to contact the company to get help with the order when it had not yet arrived. The only option for customer service was email. When I did hear back from someone it was apparently the head of operations. This man was not apologetic or empathetic at all that I had paid over $200.00 and did not receive the product in time for Valentine's Day or at all at that point. I was told it takes 4-8 business days so it was right on time. At that point it was already 10 business days later. I was not offered any apology or even a refund for the express shipping rate or a credit or any kind of help. Just a suggestion that I contact my local post office because they had finally tried to deliver it and I was not home that day..... 14 days and 10 business days later. Do not order this product if timing of your gift matters to you and you live outside Australia. If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect fast or kind or empathetic customer service. The product itself seems like a beautiful idea. I can't say what it looks like in person because I have yet to hold it in my hands... It's still on its way lol.... but I don't think it's worth the money after what I have been through. I would suggest spending that money on something else. I am very disappointed in the whole experience. I did not have my gift in time for Vday and I did not receive any help regarding the product I spent well over $200 Canadian on.

The quality of this product is amazing, the website is easy to navigate, communication and delivery are spot on. 5 stars all round.

Great quality of the note received except for a minor point. No one that orders 60 premade notes expects everything to be perfect. I'll give you 50 out of 55 for that but to send 5 blank notes interspersed is CRANK. If I pay for 60 notes and 5 aren't what I wanted then fair play I took a chance and you did your best, but to blatantly ram 5 blank cards into the mix is just damn right lazy and I have emailed customer support to see if they will honour a percentage refund on this but I hold little how for that. Apparently they think people will read the first ten cards, and all is good but 25 cards in when they repeat the same message with different wording and throw 2 to 3 blanks in for good measure. Well me thinks I should have not bothered and just got roses and took her out for a meal (she is getting that anyway). Buy from them if you wish to be short changed and repeated ten times plus blanks?

I originally had the idea to get friends of mine to write a few nice things they admire and will miss about a member of the group who was moving away from us - however with a "photo book" with just text and quotes.

Using any photo book or printing websites and services was just painful. Happened to come across Notecube while mindlessly scrolling facebook, and thought id check it out.

The process of writing the notes, layout and options were made so convenient, I coudnt beleive it. Checked the reviews and all seemed solid, so I tried it.

Shipping - amazingly fast
Product quality - brilliant. The wood, cards, ribbon, packaging. 10/10 on all fronts.

Support and service: 11/10. I had a last minute change request after seeing the "online version" they provide for yourself and the recipient. (Brilliant idea by the way)

Henry was fast to respond, make the change I requested and 2 days later the notecube was at my doorstep.

Our friend loved it and was moved - its something she now has, and is essentially a high quality version of "Warm Fuzzies" if anyone remembers doing them in school.

It’s been a month. Partners birthday has been and gone, had to buy alternative gift. I don’t want to keep hearing about postal issues because of strikes as I’ve had all of my other items that were affected by the strikes. Was initially happy to settle for online version but was offered the box with the idea it would arrive in time but let down. Down money and no item, very upsetting.

My Note Cube arrived today! I LOVE IT! It is perfect, and I can't wait to share it with my friend for Christmas. Each message is so special, personal and affirming. My friend is going to love it! Also, thanks so much for your email yesterday, updating me as to its delivery status. You must have sent some magic along because it arrived just as you promised! So delighted to have found you and I will be creating more unique Note Cubes for other friends in the future. ❤️
