I ordered a note cube for my partner for Christmas . So easy to do Henry emailed me a link so as to be able to also look at the Notes online which is fab ! Quick and easy and a lovely idea for a gift 10/10

This company is brilliant and made my husband to be's day!! It was just so easy to do. I would recommend this for a really different gift. He loved it as it was personal to both of us.

I ordered a Notecube for my partner. The whole process worked really really smoothly. I had a couple of queries that I sent to the help desk and they responded quickly and helpfully.

I live in Scotland and was a little nervous about the oversees shipping but I shouldn't have worried at all. After submitting my order, I received regular updates about printing, shipping and I had my "cube" within 10 days. Pretty good going for the other side of the world.

Cube looks great and its bound to earn me some plus points with Sarah. Brilliant!

I originally purchased the Notecube for my boyfriend (now Fiance') for Valentine's Day along with Little Gestures (available online). We enjoyed doing the sweet gestures so much that I then purchased The Little Letterbox. He loves coming home to find surprise mail in his mailbox. It really is the little things that mean so much! I would highly recommend either/both of these to anyone! And the customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! Thanks Henry for all you do for your customers!

The customer service experience at NoteCube was second-to-none, the team at NoteCube are incredibly personable and very human. There was a hiccup with the initial delivery (through no fault of NoteCube), which meant my order did not find itself to my address. Feeling deflated, I emailed through to NoteCube for some assistance, expecting the usual automated and frustrating customer service rigmarole that most companies now offer.

However, much to my surprise, I very quickly received a bespoke response from Henry at Customer Services, informing me that he had sent out a new tracked delivery to me. Due to this, I ended up receiving a new product a few days after of waiting. The fact NoteCube did that without my even asking them to showed just how much they actually care about delivering a good customer experience.

Due to their customer service and their assistance in resolving an issue which wasn't their mistake to begin with, the product arrived as expected and made for a very lovely gift.

I could not have asked for a better level of customer service. The team are personable and genuinely care about delivering their product and providing the best level of support and service they possibly can.

NoteCube are an incredibly helpful and trustworthy company who deliver a great little product. I would recommend anybody to use them.

I have done three NoteCube's so far and I love them. My daughter actually had made me a gift similar for my birthday on a deck of cards and then put holes with a hoop in them to keep them together. What a great gift! I laughed! I cried! NoteCube is awesome because you can attach a picture with the thought and they come in a nice pine or custom box. The customer service is amazing. My son lives on a military base and has a mail room and didn't receive his right away. I reached out to Notecube and within a half of a day with the time difference and all, Henry reached out and told me the Notecube was in the mailroom with the attendant. He is professional and very helpful. While Hunter doesn't have it yet because we just received the information, Notecube would have made the gift again to resend. I find this to be one of the most heartfelt gifts you can give someone and the company is outstanding. I highly recommend them!

I stumbled upon Notecube while I was scrolling through Instagram last month and decided to give them a trial. Made a mistake in my order and mailed them and this was rectified for me immediately. Few days after, i returned from work to find my order at my door. Believe me it was an instant love, I absolutely loved it beyond expectation. I wish I could keep them to myself but they were made for my partner. The pictures I infused into it came out so clean and beautiful as well. Keep doing a good job that you do guys. You have a client in me and I have been referring my friends to send their order in. Thank you so much for my order. I love it.

I expected the paper being a better quality. I paid $119 for basically something which wasn't worth it.

I purchased this for my bf's birthday! He absolutely loved it, he sobbed as I had asked the family to put a memory each about his late mum. It was an incredibly special gift and he received some photos of him and his mum he never saw before. He couldn't believe all the people that left him a memory.
