Sutton in Ashfield Review Hayley

Opened an ISA account at the Sutton Branch. Hayley talked me through it all and was very knowledgeable and personable. I was even given a cuppa which was great. Hayley is a huge asset to you, she was efficient, friendly and made a mundane job fun. Thank you Hayley😀

The atmosphere in the branch was very relaxed. The person I spoke to was welcoming and listened to my request. The options were explained clearly and the processing of the new account was performed very efficiently.

I recently received exceptional service from the team at Arnold Nottinghamshire Building Society, and I felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment I walked through the door, every member of staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to providing the highest level of customer care.

The team took the time to listen carefully to my needs, explain everything clearly, and ensure I was completely comfortable with every step of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, and their knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were truly outstanding.
