I could not make it into the office, so I telephoned instead. The call was answered promptly and my requests were put in place and the paperwork was put in the post the same day. It was a pleasure to speak to a person rather than a machine.

Sky the member of staff at the Retford branch, discussed all aspects and options for investment thoroughly with us.
