Scam company - ordered furniture, various promises about delayed delivery until eventually no response to my emails and the company and Lloyd Pack ‘disappeared’ along with my money which I eventually got back via my bank. Looks like this is not the first or last company set up by Lloyd Pack. I’d encourage anyone experienced the same as me to contact Action Fraud. They’ve been very helpful and collate all info and reports.

Ordered chairs... Never received. Once ordered, status of my order said getting ready to ship, but that never changed! No acknowledgement or response to many emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY'RE SCAMMERS!

Absolute charlatans! Scammers. Ordered a garden table cover Oct 2023. 10months later and many emails, no responses. No cover and no refund.

They've launched a new fake website to scam people like the rest of us (houseofcomfort.uk). They've taken my money and not given me my table.

Scammers & thieves it actually hurt me to give them 1 star. Ordered item on 6/04/2024 never received it. Lots of emails which were only answered when I said I wanted a refund & was promised it the following week & this happened 3 times. On 15/07/2024 asked PayPal to investigate & on the 18/07/2024 just 3 days later PayPal agreed to refund & was in my bank 4 days later. AVOID AVOID AVOID…. TOTAL SCAMMERS

1* SCAM.- They will steal your money.
I placed an order two months ago, and still have not received it. I have sent multiple emails to obtain an update and request a refund with no response other than the initial order confirmation.

Never trust this company- it’s all a scam!

Do not use this site, purchased a fire table and it never showed up, 4 weeks later after trying to contact them by phone and email still could not hold of them and could not get back on the website, I contacted paypal and got a refund after investigation.

I would give no stars if I could.

DO NOT USE! Ordered a fire pit.... never arrived - after loads of emails - ordered through paypal so they tried to pull a fast one and refund me (2 months later) and then cancelled the refund. Emailed them and tried to phone loads which they never got back to me! have an ongoing dispute this paypal since they havent got back to me at all since!

The item didn’t arrive and company seems to have disappeared. SCAM.

Managed to get my money back with the help of my credit card company

Goods never received. Unable to get a response from this company. Website and social media pages now vanished. Next step report to cc company!

Items never received, unable to contact the company on all platforms. Filed a dispute on PayPal, Lloyd then emailed and promised items within two weeks, however they never arrived!

Lloyd “Pack”, is just a scam artist, I ordered a dining table over 4 months ago and haven’t received it or had any solid evidence that it was ever going to be delivered. Had to file a fraudulent claim with my bank and will be lucky to get my £600 back. AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COST. Not that it will be trading anymore as they have missed their most recent accounts with Companies House and will probably change their name again and scam other people.

They are con artists do NOT USE. Fobbed off and scammed. Item never arrived and no refund despite promises.

Ordered a mirror and after a lot of emails back and forth and a phone call from Lloyd that it would 100% be with me the same week my mirror took 9 weeks to come, I left it in the packaging for 2 weeks until I could get a joiner to hang it as it was a very heavy mirror only to find it was smashed, I text the number that Lloyd had called me from and he said I only had 3 days to report a fault, I explained that I couldn’t book a joiner on time for it coming as I never knew when it would come, eventually he agreed to refund me and it would be done in 2/5 days, I still haven’t received the refund, the text messages aren’t delivering and I can’t access the website, just a joke of a company!

Reading the reviews everyone saying the same . 😡 i placed an order for over £100 in may and received nothing i have contacted klarna as it was them i paid through hoping to resolve some sort of refund . I think its a fraudulent company do not order from here .
