The Pack Design Reviews 

Ordered a dining table from the Pack Design early March for £679 then paid an extra £100 a week later for delivery to Northern Ireland. Lloyd advised that they only use small courier companies so delivery would be when they next have routes. After continually chasing him, he provided many misleading updates which I now realise were shameless lies as it’s clear this has been happening with many of his England based customers. The issues with delivery to N.Ireland seemed plausible at the time but it’s now evident that Lloyd was just using delaying tactics, taking as much cash from customers as possible and now assuming he is liquidating the company. He seemed like an alright guy (although the most incompetent furniture salesman ever) which makes it even more frustrating. The website is now down and Lloyd’s phone/WhatsApp is dead. Thankfully it seems to be no longer possible to order from this company - this review is only being left to try and help other fraud victims get their money back.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service and whole situation. I’ve ordered Bed frame at the beginning of March, was told that item they had is stock was damaged and offered to wait until they receive new batch in May. I’ve agreed to this, how wrong I was, should’ve requested refund there and then… Comes May, I get response to my email that once stock has arrived I’ll be contacted in June to get delivery date booked in. Here June comes and lovely people from Pack Design stop responding to my emails, phone is down and when I go on their webpage I see online casino add… Just don’t have polite words to describe such fraudulent behaviour and what is even more terrifying is how many people they have scammed as per comments here. They took my £450 as bed never arrived.
I’m looking into failing complaint to authorities as such things just can’t happen without consequences to fraudulent businesses

I ordered a table cover which didn't arrive after 1 week and was told it would arrive the following Friday which it didn't
I contacted the company again and was told another had been ordered which never arrived either.
when I spoke to them they said they'd ordered two and aren't prepared to order another and a refund was given they told me if they turn up I could keep them
3 weeks later and nothing so obviously they never got ordered in the first place
Avoid at all costs these people are liars and Scammers

As below, I'm now presuming this is a fraudulent company as no sign of my order from early May. Contact initially assured me it was awaiting courier collection but no response to subsequent emails. Do not use.

I ordered an item in early May and same as most listed problems, have heard nothing and now the web site has been closed. Emails go unanswered have requested a refund so now heading to the credit card company to sort it out! Not happy don’t use this online company

I've reordered a live edge dining table since February.

Been told repeatedly that they are awaiting it and couldn't even get a hold through there telephone number.

I've now setup a dispute with my credit card issuer as the same table is available through other vendors.

This is a fraudulent company and I feel embarrassed to of given my trust to them.
You go on the website and some online casino comes up now, after being told the table would arrive with them this week.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered and paid for a pergola in February,told it would be delivered in May and still waiting . I emailed them and was told that it would be here on 15th June but having checked the shipping it hasn't even been dispatched. Have sent an email every day this week but have been ignored. Will be reporting them to trading standards!

Order not received. Chasedand had one response, no further responses despite chasing. No response to my request to cancel my order and refund my money and website now appears to be down.

On March 27th, I purchased and paid for the Oseasons Sicilia Ratten 4-seat Dining Set in Dove Grey with Black Glas for £599.00. I have not received this item delivered over two months or even gotten any information about when they can provide it.
This shop provided a landline phone number, 0330 567 1356, but it never got through. I was disappointed with the unbelievable delay and the service. I have written a few emails to contact Lloyd Pack requesting a refund of my money, £599.00, but now they have not even answered to refund my money. I think that The Pack Design will not refund my money.
Please, people, don’t buy everything from The Pack Design. You will lose your money!

After reading the reviews I wanted to still give this company a chance , biggest mistake I have ever made shopping .

He does refunds on PayPal by echecks , and before the payment is taken he cancels them. Only seller can cancel the Echeck.
(Dont believe his bullsh*t I already spoken with PayPal to confirm this)
To people that are being scammed by this guy don’t wait about and give him more time , that’s what he wants. As you only have so much time to report and do open a case.

When I wanted my money back , it was excuse after excuse , promises. Pending and cancelled transactions .

A little insight of my situation
We have purchased a furniture set for the Garden £685 , .
“ Trinidad Deluxe Rattan 8 Seat Modular Sofa Set in Ocean Grey”
Purchased 19/04/2024 and still waiting for refund after cancellation!

I’ve been promised that the furniture will arrive on time , couple emails later 2 weeks correspondence I get told that what we have ordered is no longer in stock and been offered a substitute different colour and just not what we wanted.
So I declined and ask for cancellation and refund !
BE CAREFUL as some stuff that they got on the website are actually not available double check with the main company Oseason as I personally have contact oseasons and my furniture that I have ordered “Trinidad Deluxe Rattan 8 Seat Modular Sofa Set in Ocean Grey” will not be going back to stock this season, yet The pack design is taking its time to give me my own money back and the sofa set “ Trinidad Deluxe Rattan 8 Seat Modular Sofa Set in Ocean Grey” is still available on their website despite the fact they know THEY DONT HAVE IT . (It’s been over a month it still on their website, dodgy much)
I reported the case to PayPal they (the pack design ) accepted the refund and then a week later they cancelled it !!!
So PayPal and myself have emailed them to refund me the money !

In mid June PayPal refunded me the money as the Pack design never gave me Refund .

Ordered a wardrobe on 22.5.24. Money was taken from my account however this product has never been received. Phone number from website is always “user busy”. Emails have not been responded to and live chat states my order is ‘fulfilled’. I have not received any real communication from this company. They have my money and I have no wardrobe!

I ordered a sofa from The Pack Design on 15/5/24. I had arranged delivery for the week commencing 3rd June. Since then I have called and emailed every day since to try to get an update on the order as the sofa has not been delivered. The phone number always says ‘user busy’ and my emails have not been replied to. I am at a loss of what to do next. The sofa cost me £1049! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Order my goods 19th May and has never come I've email them loads of times they reckon they sent a new one and they think it was lost but courier then lady said she been in hospital all week and I should get my delivery early this week now Thursday and still haven't got it. Thry don't even give u a tracking number or reply to u don't order from here as I never will or recommend them.

I ordered a hammock and after some confusion (caused by myself) Lloyd from Pack Design was extremely helpful and swift to assist. A lovely home grown business. Thanks

Terrible experience with this company. I bought 2 bedside tables, and one of them was delivered smashed. Sadly, I realised this issue after a month due to moving houses, so I couldn't formally complain. I was offered a discount to get a third bedside table, which I agreed to naively. This bedside table never arrived, I had to chase them and they made promises about the delivery date. In the end, they said they were going to give me a refund- after chasing them up they told me the refund was processed. This was not true. I had to involve my bank to get a refund after more than 2 months. Terrible company, not recommend it to anyone- I should have read these reviews before buying from them.

10/10 experience! The Pack Design have been extremely helpful in sourcing a new dining table for myself after being let down from another company. Great communication from start to finish, would highly recommend to anyone!

Ordered 4 seasons garden furniture set in late February as the price was great. Turned out it wasn’t actually in stock so we waited, then waited some more, wanting to believe the promises we were given. Ended up cancelling on 19 April after almost 2 months of waiting. Didn’t expect it to then take another 6 weeks to get the money refunded. I don’t know if it’s incompetence, bad luck or deliberately misleading customer service but I’d never order from them again.

Item on sale at lower cost than anywhere else. Probably because it was never going to come. Got a “server failure” email initially delaying it by 10 days. Then chased them up, only means of communication was web chat which always ended in we will blah blah blah and no one ever did. The only time they initiated contact was when I raised a dispute via my credit card company

Avoid this company at all costs. The prices might seem good but it is unlikely you will receive the item. Placed an order at the end of April, got an initial order acknowledgement email, and then nothing. I emailed for an estimated delivery date but got no response, tried to call several times but got a dead line, and no response to my live chat either about expected delivery date. Finally got an instant callback when I sent a live chat comment to cancel my order. Lloyd informed me that the phone number shouldn't be on the website as it doesn't work due to infrastructure issues - its still on the website!! He assured me he would update me with a delivery date, I received no update. I cancelled the order, Lloyd confirmed refund processed on 7th May. Waited 7 days for it to show on our account, it didn't. Emailed to chase it and was then told the refund was processed on 15th May. We're now having to raise a dispute with our credit card company to get the money back as we can't get a response to emails. Avoid.

After a small hiccup Lloyd work tirelessly to get My delivery on time even after the suppliers sent the wrong items first time around, I will most certainly use the packtaggroup again, regards Mark benstead.
