I bought a chair and a sofa from pack design. Their price was very competitive when compared with other sites. I did have some problems with the delivery company but through using pack design chat line, and speaking to Lloyd, who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the items in good time. The chair and sofa arrived today, and look great.

Ordered a Diver Dan lamp - it's got a great design and is a quality product that I'm very happy with. Whilst there were some challenges/delays around delivery, Lloyd was great at responding promptly via email to get this resolved as soon as possible.

The garden furniture was fabulous. My problem was the delivery driver who refused to help put the boxes in my garden.
He parked outside my drive, took the boxes out the can and left me to carry each box by myself. He said it wasn't his job to help any further. What a bloody joke

Purchased 4 All Seasons table. Good price and customer service. There was a small mix up with delivery but was sorted out and we still received the complete order within the same week of ordering.

Ordered the BBQ on the Sunday, had a phone call on the Monday to arrange delivery. Delivered on the Wednesday. Excellent service and delivery. Also gave a small discount. Thank you. BBQ now up and already had a great meal off it. Only down side would be make sure you mark out the side table positions with a pencil, and the base layer and first upright. As this saves a lot of time when cementing the products together. As there is not a lot of cement and you have to use it quickly before it dries. It is a 2 man operation to assemble because of the weight of the bbq pieces. Otherwise fantastic. Thank you.

Cannot recommended this company enough. Lloyd’s customer service is second to none from beginning to end. Had a little trouble on the site but Lloyd talked me through it and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. 100% recommendation.

Quick delivery, all parts present and easy to put together.
Happy so far but the frame has only a dusting of paint on it so we'll see how it lasts. Highly recommend the covers for the Malta set. They fit very well and you can feel the waterproofing of them. Find it quicker to whip the covers off than to bring the cushions out

Absolutely fantastic company. Customer service exceptionally attentive and friendly.
Ordered the 9 piece Malta rattan and arrived within a week. Delivery company were also helpful and lovely.
Assembly didn’t take long but was rather tricky as some holes didn’t line up etc but the company put everything right and helped us through.
Honestly recommend using this company. They’re great and their products are beautiful!

I would have given 5* if I had been contacted on delivery as I was away and it just turned up early morning had to phone my daughter to drive to mine and then the driver just left it on the pavement, as far as the furniture goes absolutely well worth what I paid
