Fantastic service, ordered over the Bank holiday weekend. The sofa was dispatched Monday morning and we took delivery of it on the Wednesday. Amazing fast delivery!

I ordered the 6 seater Malta Rattan corner set & cover late afternoon on Easter Monday, it arrived 3 days later. It took my husband & I a while to fathom out how it went together as the instructions aren’t the clearest. Once we’d cracked it & managed to put it together we were really pleased with the way it looks. When I opened the cover one of the 3 seater covers was missing. I contacted the company & they were apologetic & sent me another cover which arrived within a few days. I would definitely recommend this company & I would order from them again.

Really good quality furniture and looks really good, however the instructions are not clear at all and took me and partner hours to get the sofa put together.
Delivery was really quick and any questions asked were dealt with professionally and effectively.

I ordered a Werner Voss giraffe lamp a few weeks ago, and later that day got a phone call explaining that it was out of stock but would be shipped straight to me as soon as possible. Sure enough, three weeks later we have an awesome golden giraffe in the corner of our room, and for a fantastic price :)

Item is very nice, but the process of delivery is a shambles. Had to chase repeatedly and given numerous delivery dates. Updates on the status of your order is none existent and could be improved.
