The process of transferring a defined benefits pension is difficult and stressful to say the least! I'm very happy I chose The Pension Planner to guide me through this. Shane Kao was always on hand to answer my questions. Even responding to me when on holiday, which was above and beyond the call of duty! Contacted the Pension Planner as I knew I could not put off dealing with my finances. I was contacted by Beth and an appointment was made with Shane. I had always been put off doing this as I did not want to be pushed or pressured into anything. This could not be further from the truth with Shane and the team. After a comprehensive review I know that I have been given sound advise regarding my pension options.
