My adviser Shane has been really patient and helpful especially in my lack of understanding in certain areas. I felt as if it was a bespoke service and catered for my personal and specific needs. Also Beth was always available when I needed to contact them. Shane was very approachable & professional and explained everything in easy yo understand terms. Would highly recommend the company and in particular Shane & Beth.

The Adviser we were allocated was Shane and right from the off, he was very friendly but never pushy. He always listened to our concerns & questions and ensured we fully understood before proceeding. Beth was our email contact and kept us up to date throughout and checked we were getting all the info we needed and liased between the pension providers too. I was dubious about the remote/phone service as I'd always done financial transactions face to face. It was so smooth and efficient. It was so good that I've decided to use them as my ongoing financial adviser.

I found the pension planner through unbiased website. From the start sanjoy, leanne, and Beth, have been brilliant in keeping me up to date. I wasn't pressured in any way and their professional approach along with Sanjoys knowledge has been invaluable. I used the Unbiased website to search for a pension planner as I had never had a financial advisor before and was unsure which ones would be suitable for me. I wanted to explore more suitable funds within my current pension and didn't really know where to start. Ben got in touch with me to offer his help and answered all my queries during a phone call which put my mind at ease.
