Miss Ling at Braehead was super lovely, told me all about offers, let me smell testers aftershaves I wasn't familiar with, settled on one with a discount and signed up to the points card. She also showed me the lovely printed ribbon for wrapping the gift with a personalised message which was wonderful as it is my sons 30th Birthday.
