Customer service and nice experience
I loved how each workers were coming up to me and asking if I needed any help. They even helped me to work out a fragrance name through a smell I described for them which was really nice. Also one of the staff Eman made me get a 10ml travel bottle with a fragrance and I asked her if I could mix fragrances and she helped me mix 5 different fragrances of my choice and it smells divine. Worth the experience and it is a must go to again.

What a great experience we had in here today. The lovely Jamie looked after us. I nipped in first, then met up with friends then came back in with my daughter. Jamie was brilliant taking us through the perfumes we liked etc, we ended up with two bottles!
