Went to Northampton for the day decided to look in the perfume shop, a lady called steph was more then helpfull letting me know what was in the store and what was new, very patient no rush polite and friendly, a shame not all shops have that looking forward going back

Steph from Northampton store was an absolute star, helped me to understand offers and incentives, was ever so patient and professional and as a result I have walked away with great deals and great perfumes.

Got excellent customer service from Sabeel in the Northampton store.

I went in to add perfume to my collection.Was seen by Steph and ayush both made it easy to choose the right perfumes for me.
The service is 100% about the customer.
Thanks to these 2 people I have some gorgeous perfumes.

Terrible in-store experience at the Northampton Grosvenor Shopping Mall. The three staff were extremely rude and had little knowledge about the store. I wanted to address an issue with having multiple reward cards as I observed that my in-store purchases aren’t showing up on my account profile so spoke with a customer service online who was very polite and confirmed there are 2 cards and possibly if I visit the store they could join them or resolve it. I went to the store to check their offers for Black Friday sales and wanted to use the opportunity to address the reward card issue (we all love accumulating points as loyal customers don’t we) Unfortunately they probably have no idea how to fix it but rather they were arguing that it’s not possible to have two cards on the account. Told them that I had spoken with an online customer rep who confirmed it but to my surprise the staff said I was being rude, I asked how and shockingly they all said I was rude. I am not so bothered as I have seen a pattern of staff doing this cos I own a company as well, most times they don’t care about the business but themselves. With that attitude, I am sure they’ll close the shop soon if they don’t do anything about it. I didn’t bother making any purchases again, I was embarrassed and think that attitude will chase most customers away.

Additional Comments:
I must thank the online customer care team, they resolved the issue without any issue. I also made my purchases online and thanks for the discounts. Visited the store again and met a different supervisor who was very professional. Appreciate the response and this is not a review of your store per se, it’s just the initial in-store experience.

Wanted to say Holly made my experience 10/10 she was so lovely and genuine to speak to. She recommended a lot of gorgeous smelling perfumes which made my journey better as I am so indecisive! Let me not forget how smiley she was too! Great job girly!! Hope you get the raise you deserve!! Xx

I visited the branch in Northampton inside the grovesnor centre and I was served by ayesh and I think lillian was the lovely ladies name so sorry I forgot but they were both so helpful. Even when I was looking for a specific item they were both amazing to help me straight away and nothing was too much. The staff here are always amazing

Leanne from the Perfume shop in Northampton helped me by listening to what fragrance I was looking for , giving me four suggestions and letting me go away and see how the fragrances developed. I then made a choice. So pleased...would highly recommend.

I visited the perfume shop in Northampton today and was served by Leanne and Steph, I was unsure what kind of fragrance i was looking for but they took there time to help explain each perfume to me and we found the one that i loved. Ive travelled from wales to visit family and the customer service was outstanding so much better than the Cardiff branch, I will definitely be returning for my Christmas presents this Christmas!!
