I had a really lovely experience in the perfume shop in Warrington, thanks to Jill. I wasn’t quite sure what fragrance I wanted, but Jill was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me try different fragrances without making me feel rushed or pressured.
In the end, I chose Vivo Elixir, which I absolutely loved. It has a really nice, strong fragrance and was exactly what I was looking for.
I’m really happy with the service I received from Jill and would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help choosing a fragrance. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Wonderful Experience at the Warrington Store
I visited the Warrington store yesterday to treat myself to a new fragrance, although I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. I was greeted by Abi, who was friendly, attentive and took the time to understand the types of scents I like. She quickly suggested a selection of perfumes that were exactly what I was after.

I had such a lovely experience in store today thanks to Abi Shaw. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and really easy to talk to. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave great recommendations without making us feel rushed or pressured.
Abi is clearly really knowledgeable about the products and helped us find scents that suited us perfectly. She made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable, which honestly makes such a difference when shopping.
