Visited the Warrington store today with my fiancé to pick out the scents for our wedding in 6 weeks. We were greeted by Loren who was amazing in helping us, although I already knew the perfume I wanted my partner didn't. Loren went though all different alternatives with him and then suggested Tom Ford which was completely different to the other scents he had tried and loved it. Thank you so much for all your help.

Went into the shop to look for aftershave for my husband didnt have a clue, Loren gave me lots of samples to smell and gave me lots of recommendations. I bought an aftershave and then the gift wrap was amazing too. Great service from start to finish definetly will be returning

I absolutely love coming to this perfume shop! Loren and the rest of the team at Warrington Mall are honestly incredible. They always go above and beyond with their expert advice, outstanding customer service, and endless patience while I take forever trying to decide! Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they always make the whole experience so enjoyable and welcoming. I always leave with the perfect fragrance and a smile on my face.
