Jill and Loren
Had a fantastic experience today, Jill and Loren are absolutely wonderful people. We decided to try a couple fragrances as we normally would do any time we go shopping. As soon as we entered the shop they welcomed us with a smile and offered to help with any fragrances we wished to try, over the course of the 10 or so minutes we were shopping they were incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. Left with 2 fragrances and an experience that made my day, thank you to you both.

I came back after making a mistake with my order, and Loren provided incredible customer service. They clearly explained what I needed to do and rectified the issue quickly and without any fuss. I was genuinely taken aback by how good the service was. This is my favourite perfume shop.

They had a really good offer on my favourite aftershave, around 40% off the usual price. I bought one in-store and ordered another for delivery whilst the price was so good. The order was delivered to my home for free around 3 days later.

Great Customer Service
I had a great experience at this perfume shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed. I was attended to by Jiu (hope I spelt it correctly) She took the time to go through the scents from a range I was interested in.
What really stood out was how tolerant, attentive, supportive and polite Jiu was, while allowing me the time to try different testers.
I left the store with a fragrance I absolutely love and a feeling that I’d been genuinely looked after. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this thoughtful and attentive and I don't express this thought lightly.
Jiu demonstrated the true epitome of great and professional customer service.
I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases and recommending this shop to anyone looking for a great perfume‑buying experience.
To be honest I returned that same day and left again with not just one but 2 more fragrances. Yes I did go over my budget 🤭 but you know what? It was worth it!
